“We were at Tantalus for a private event on July 8. It was absolutely wonderful. Not only was the scenery and the wine awesome but the staff was exceptional. They were so friendly and always there to make sure our glasses were topped up. There was a caterer brought in, Terry Port from Elite Chef Events and the food was insane!! “This was the Best wine tasting experience we have ever had. We have attended many wine tastings in Canada, California, Austria, France to say a few. Martin's Lane is a premier class winery that was recommended to us by wine consultants and it was the best referral ever. Our host, Boris was knowledgeable, courteous, personable and made our tour a very memorable experience. We booked our tasting with Ella who was very helpful and made us comfortable and excited to experience the winery and its uniqueness.

“We had the 3 course meal ($99/person) for our anniversary dinner. The suggested wine pairings were perfect. We loved the Rielsing.

For starters, the Burrata was amazing, but the squid was just okay. Notably it was deep fried. For mains, we loved the shrimp pasta, but the cod (deep fried) was again just okay. The desserts were perfect, we had the vanilla ice cream and the fruit dessert.

The experience was 10/10, and it's perfect for a special meal. As expected it is expensive and our total bill pre tip was $228.“
