“Upon arrival we weren’t greeted with the most welcoming crew, however, between the hostess that sat us Aniyah, and our server Terri as well as our previous server Luke that paid us a visit, they completely turned the night around. Luke was such a spirit lifter, Aniyah was the sweetest soul that we could’ve asked for and Terri took care of all of our needs. She greeted us with a most beautiful smile and warm welcome. Service was consistently good throughout the meal and Raeya was readily available. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. She went above and beyond by getting us a great table in the lounge and let us know she had seated us in one of her favourite server’s sections, which turned out to be an excellent recommendation!

Sweden checked in on us throughout the evening to make sure everything was going well, and to top it all off, she surprised our girls with a sweet treat. That thoughtful gesture was the icing on the cake and made our night even more memorable!

“Tried Komo Sushi for the first time recently and was really impressed. Everything tasted fresh, and you could tell the ingredients were good quality. The sushi was made quickly and looked just as good as it tasted.

The staff were super kind and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The restaurant was clean, and the whole experience was really enjoyable.

I’ll definitely be ordering from here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a solid sushi spot!“

“Wood Fire Bakery is only open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. (and closed Sundays and Mondays), but I'd happily move mountains to rearrange my schedule in order to eat here again.
We arrived right at opening, and the place was already buzzing. Luckily, the lovely lady in front of us was a regular and gave us some excellent recommendations.
Everything we ordered was incredible. Authentic German food, generous portions, fair prices... what's not to love?

“Gone here a few times, trying to be healthy , they nickel and dime you every time. Sauce is extra and any tweaks are extra?! But if you say less or no something there is no reduction?
It’s only a buck or two but it makes you not want to return here. Locations are always empty.
The lady I get every time measures everything on a scale the next lady my wife gets eye balls everything. Neither are impressive.
It’s ok but do not need or feel like going back to any location. It’s a 5/10 at best or less due to cheapness?
This chain will die due to counting pennies…..“

“Very good options for dosa. We had paneer dosadilla, cheese dosa and veg biryani. They’re all tasty and flavourful. The stuffing in paneer dosadilla was very tasty. The chutneys were good too. Sambhar was ok ok. Our server was also very friendly and suggested the menu.
Suggestions : you could add kids menu.“

We have been to Cedar Creek several times and mentioned that to our waitress, when she asked if we had been there before. We have also had the 3 course and 5 course meals in the past. However, we think she should have informed us (or reminded us) that the Baraka cheese appie was a 'shared' plate when I ordered it and not when it showed up on the bill as an extra cost.“

“This is the best Chinese I’ve had in a very long time. It was actual meat, delicious flavours and good portions. We got chicken fried rice, chicken chow mein, beef with broccoli, ginger chicken and honey garlic pork. Everything was delicious. (Sorry I didn’t take pictures I was very hungry and just dug in straight away). Not only was the food really good but I had added up how much it was supposed to be before hand and it was $79 before tax but when I got there to pay and pick up he gave me a discount for paying with cash so I only paid $74! I think that’s personally a great deal considering this fed two people and for atleast 2 days cause we got hella leftovers. I def recommend going here for Chinese. Some of the best (if not the best) Chinese food I’ve had in Kelowna. (All of the food was yummy but honey garlic pork was my favourite)“

My only comment to the staff - be more welcoming and say something to your guest who's still waiting to be seated/entertain instead of staring your eyes on them and ignoring them ++. Lastnight, I felt very awkward and feel not welcome at all! Like, what the hell are you doing here! We are also customer and we will pay for our own meal. That kinda feeling!!

But once we all seated, the server who took us in and served us meal was fantastic! Overall, it was good. The food, on the other hand was deliciously satisfying“
