“I had a standing order of salad rolls for the entire winter of 2025 and it was one of the best things I ever did. The curry buns, bean curd, vegan basil cakes, and dumplings ….. sigh. I also get the lemonade with just a touch of sugar and they come in the best cups, I put them through the dishwasher and use them for drinks i make at home after. “So happy!!!! This was my second time in Kelowna, but my first time at the down town cactus club. Our servers name was grace I believe and she absolutely made our trip. Our flights were delayed and canceled and it was a total mess around. Graces diligence care brought our trip back to life and I would absolutely recommend. 5 stars!!!“

“Gone here a few times, trying to be healthy , they nickel and dime you every time. Sauce is extra and any tweaks are extra?! But if you say less or no something there is no reduction?
It’s only a buck or two but it makes you not want to return here. Locations are always empty.
The lady I get every time measures everything on a scale the next lady my wife gets eye balls everything. Neither are impressive.
It’s ok but do not need or feel like going back to any location. It’s a 5/10 at best or less due to cheapness?
This chain will die due to counting pennies…..“

She greeted us with a most beautiful smile and warm welcome. Service was consistently good throughout the meal and Raeya was readily available. “Authentic South Indian food. The Rava Dosa, Egg Ghee Dosa and Vada were all excellent as good as in India. Owner is attentive, listens and will thoroughly explain the dishes if you ask. Coming from the lower mainland, this beats most of the Dosa shops there.“

“came here with my best friend, definitely did not realize how nice it was and we were not dressed for the occasion but that did not affect the service we got! we did the wine pairings with the upgrade to the steak, and everything was so amazing, the wine paired perfect, and they brought the food out in a perfect amount of time to not feel rushed at all, and we enjoyed 2 hours on their patio watching the sunset with our wine“

“This is the best Chinese I’ve had in a very long time. It was actual meat, delicious flavours and good portions. We got chicken fried rice, chicken chow mein, beef with broccoli, ginger chicken and honey garlic pork. Everything was delicious. (Sorry I didn’t take pictures I was very hungry and just dug in straight away). Not only was the food really good but I had added up how much it was supposed to be before hand and it was $79 before tax but when I got there to pay and pick up he gave me a discount for paying with cash so I only paid $74! I think that’s personally a great deal considering this fed two people and for atleast 2 days cause we got hella leftovers. I def recommend going here for Chinese. Some of the best (if not the best) Chinese food I’ve had in Kelowna. (All of the food was yummy but honey garlic pork was my favourite)“

“We stopped in for supper and had a fantastic experience! We ordered the Dinner for Two along with a couple of extra items, and everything was absolutely delicious. The portions were generous, the food was fresh and flavorful, and you definitely get great value for your money.

The restaurant was very clean, and the service was excellent from beginning to end. Joy was our server and did an amazing job. The server who brought out our food was wonderful as well, although I didn't catch her name. The staff member who brought the payment machine was also friendly and welcoming.

Overall, the entire team made us feel well taken care of, and the food exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back!“

“Really great food and the service is so quick and really nice too, also, you can't beat the traditional Japanese style seating where you go into the cubbies with the sliding doors and take off ur shoes and have a really nice meal, authentic style!
