The food is fantastic and the prices are great!
However, stay away from to Boba, I'm fairly sure they buy the tapioca pre-made off Amazon. Was disgusting and threw it out.

Super great little place and I found the atmosphere super homey and welcoming.
The best value I have seen at a restaurant in a while. Amazing food and a huge portion for $20
