“Great food, Great atmosphere, Great service!
We ordered gomae, both chicken and beef teriyaki rolls, and an avocado maki.
The portions were excellent, we left with almost a whole roll, we were perfectly full!! The tea was nice and well steeped, and not too hot to drink. We were surprised they are open till 11pm, a good spot for some late night sushi if youre downtown. Recommend, we will be back to try some other dishes!“

“I hosted a potluck at my place and one person brought a sushi platter. It was so good that another friend and I went for lunch a few weeks later. The crab rolls have the most generous serving of crab ever. We had a combo lunch, including the crab rolls.“

“Tried Komo Sushi for the first time recently and was really impressed. Everything tasted fresh, and you could tell the ingredients were good quality. The sushi was made quickly and looked just as good as it tasted.

The staff were super kind and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The restaurant was clean, and the whole experience was really enjoyable.

“YOU HAVE TO TRY THE FOOD HERE!! I've never had Korean food before but after watching Korean shows, I said to myself, we gotta try this and I'm SO HAPPY WE DID!! THE FOOD HERE IS FANTASTIC! I went with my hubby and we ordered 3 distinct dishes. 1. Bibimbap 2. Jiampong noodle soup 3. Jjajangmyeon (a noodle dish with black bean). All 3 were very different in taste, and delicious!! The service was great and helpful as the waitress explained what to expect. I can't wait to eat here again. The price point is very reasonable. We had 3 entries with 2 pops for under 60 bucks and brought food home cause we ordered to much! Lots of parking and easy location to get to. 5 stars! 😋“

“We stayed at the Hyatt Place right next door for a night during our family road trip to Alberta in 2023, and after checking in, we headed downstairs and found this Japanese restaurant. My father, whose appetite had been poor throughout the trip, and my young son at the time each finished an entire bento box meal here.

The kids fondly remembered it after 2024, so before the end of summer break this year, we took them to revisit the place, and this Japanese restaurant actually became a must-visit stop on their list. Walking into the restaurant, we were greeted by the familiar staff and familiar flavors.

This time we still ordered a bento box, but we also ordered many different dishes a la carte. Almost every dish was stunning, and the flavors rivaled other famous restaurants in Vancouver. The only item that didn't quite suit our taste was the Gyoza; it had a stronger flavor profile, which was too salty and peppery for us, though taste is subjective.

Overall, it still deserves five stars, and back in Vancouver, the kids are already saying they want to go again next year.“

“My all time favourite Sushi restaurant!!! i’ve been coming here for YEARS! like thru multiple name changes lol. it’s always been the same owners and they are amazing. the sushi is TO DIE FOR!! and deffo worth your money, i find you get more food for less comparatively to other restaurants downtown.
also, their korean menu is amazing!!! the soups and bulgogi is honestly some of the best i’ve had. honestly, i wish this place was much more busy because they deserve the rep!!“
