“When I’m about to enjoy a wine tasting from a winery that is 100% certified organic, I generally have slightly higher expectations. Rollingdale winery did not disappoint. They make some fantastic wines out of the grape varieties that they grow on their 13 acre property, namely Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, and Merlot.(they source grapes from other properties when needed)We started with their bubbles… Made from their estate Pinot Blanc it was tasty.We then enjoyed the 2020 Riesling… classic petrol/diesel notes with this wine.Riesling, Gwerztraminer and Pinot Gris were blended in the third wine we tried at Rollingdale. This wine was named flirty three and I suggested it might’ve been referred to as the “ménage à vine” and surprisingly, he mentioned that name was in the running as a candidate. Regardless, it was tasty enough that we bought some. We then enjoyed a rosé made from two different grapes, a Gwerztraminer and mostly a Marechal Foch. It was a really good rosé.We then entered the Darkside and tried some red wine. 2017 Pinot Noir was first.We ended up having fairly lengthy conversations with the gentleman that was pouring our wine. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the winery, the wines, and the wine industry in the Okanagan in general.Frankly, I stopped taking notes and just enjoyed the wine. Overall, this is a must visit winery if you are interested in wine touring in this area.“
“Immaculate service by the owner. The icewines and fruit juices were chef's/sommelier's kisses and very unique. The red port wine was also great (potential release in the future). I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place as a hidden gem.“
“I was in here on Dec 17 and was so impressed. Incredible wines (loved the cab franc) but also the individual working. He knew the wines so well and clearly has a passion for them. It’s one thing to put a great wine in a glass but it’s a million times better when you hear the story and can chat about varietals, growing conditions, taste profile, etc.Great wines, great people, and absolutely worth a stop.“
“My daughter discovered your winery last year. Then this summer, our family stayed in Kelowna and we enjoyed your wines, taking several wines back home to St. Albert. “As one of West Kelowna's oldest wineries, Little Straw Vineyards stands out with its smooth wines and excellent customer service. When we arrived, the host, Keith, told us about the family-owned vineyard, and led us on a tasting experience of their white and red wines, finishing with a decadent ice wine poured into a chocolate cup. OMG! What a way to end a tasting! We also discovered the winery had organic pressed juices to take home and an Indian fusion menu at their restaurant upstairs. We decided to purchase a bottle of their award-winning Tapestry white wine and a box of cherry juice, but we'll definitely be back to try the food and maybe even one of the creative workshops they offer. I recommend!“
“The lunch at the estate was a fantastic experience. The service was second to none and the lady who served us was very knowledgeable about the local wines and history. The wines were not to our liking but the food was excellent. There's an interesting shop before you enter the restaurant. Plenty of free parking on site.“
“What a nice winery! We went there on our way back to kelowna after a day around the lake and we had no expectations at all. The design of the place is super charming and the views are wonderful! The staff was fun and we actually had our favorite red wine of the valley there, the syrah!! Awesome place, give it a try! :)“
“Arriving at this beautiful winery, is something like a fairytale. The scenic views are breathtaking. We highly recommend the tasting room as well as the restaurant Modest Butcher. The wines are very white wine forward, however, you will not be displeased as they have very high standards. We were so impressed that my wife decided to become a wine club member so that says something lol. Perfect for a date night or long weekend stay.“

“We were at Tantalus for a private event on July 8. It was absolutely wonderful. Not only was the scenery and the wine awesome but the staff was exceptional. “Sensational wines and the best value tasting I have come across in multiple countries. $11.50 for 4 samples, although I was served 6 on a quiet Friday afternoon, including a $188 per half bottle ice wine. And no pressure to purchase wine, although if you do the tasting is deducted from the price.Lovely location, great views, and the lady who served and chatted to me was lovely.
