“My husband and I were looking for a cafe open on the long weekend and stumbled upon Perc's Place. The staff were super friendly and gave us recommendations. I kid you not, this place has the BEST chai latte I've ever had. Along with the salted caramel brownie, we had a phenomenal experience. “This is my go to place in Kelowna, and I suggest the chronic first world problem complainers go elsewhere to complain. The staff for the most part is diligent and the food and drinks are second to none.“

“I picked up a dozen donuts from their wide selection. Lots of fun flavors, quality presentation. Helpful staff. So far I sampled the apple fritter and it was fantastic, definitely the best one I've had in Kelowna so far. I will be back to check out more things in the future.“

“Wow! Amazing staff at this location. The barista was very friendly. I had forgotten to ask for oat milk instead of dairy milk at the ordering station, my mistake, so I asked if they could change my drink to oat base. They did the change without charging me extra! Amazing service for being so accommodating! Highly recommend going here! :) The barista looked African, and she had a top afro. Hope she gets the recognition she deserves!“

“To the young girl who speaks fluent English, not sure her name, she is absolutely amazing. I’ve asked so many questions about their coffees and she really seems to know her thing! She simply explained the difference between everything and even gave me some suggestions! Definitely will be going back, it’s nice seeing cafes knowing what they are actually selling!“

“The neighbourhood bakery! Everything here is amazing, especially the pumpkin tarts. Frankie at the front counter makes my day every time I come in. She’s so friendly and welcoming and makes you feel like a regular right away. Such a great little spot!“

“Since 1996 Bean Scene is the place to meet for coffee in Kelowna.

The vegan wrap, the black bean wrap and the sausage wrap are hearty and healthy breakfast options.

Locally roasted beans make brilliant brews.

The staff are friendly and they feature local art on the walls.

Also the community board always has what is happening on the Kelowna scene.

There is a private room upstairs for meetings and chill space downstairs for working.

Outside patio is perfect in the morning with Eastern exposure for early morning sun.

After yoga or a swim in the lake this is where I like to come.“

Shaper's pie is also made at the shop. It's good that hot soups are served hot.
The lemon chicken sandwich had plenty of toppings and the accompanying salad was delicious.
I would like to try breakfast next time.

“Tried the Fall Harvest drink, while my husband had the turmeric latte. Both were okay—the turmeric latte was pretty standard, while the Fall Harvest was nice but felt quite similar to what Starbucks offers. I prefer supporting local coffee shops, so I was hoping for something a little more unique.

The staff were fine, but I found the vibe here less cozy than the Analog location I’ve visited in Calgary. Overall, a decent experience, but nothing that particularly stood out or shoot down.

“There is this one wonderful lady that know how to make a perfect hot chocolate! Though I’ve never asked her name, but recognise her by face she has to be put up in the barista hall of fame. She’s usually there in the evenings and does an absolutely wonderful job putting together my drink. She’s kind and remembers exactly how I like it and it’s very sweet. Thanks!“
