There was only one girl managing the whole buisness. She is exceptional and hardworking. There was a long line and she managed everthing with smile. Deserves a raise. And please do hire more staff.
So thankful this place was open on New Years Eve. They opened passed there usual hours to help the customers and they were the only place that was open on the entire street. So no wonder they were busy. I had no problem waiting for a coffee since I totally understand that if there’s a line out the door there will be a wait.Vegetarian options: Good vegan options and gluten free.

Great atmosphere, food and drinks aren't bad. I ordered the Iced Oat Hojicha Latte, not my favourite but it wasn't hard to finish it. I also got the chance to try the Iced Matcha Latte which was better. The food was overpriced but what else can you expect from downtown Kelowna?
