Politely asked to use their washroom. I even offered to buy something. The lady just said no. She didn’t even let me buy a cup of coffee. Never coming back.

I purchased a London Fog, and I asked the barista for the receipt. They said they would give it to me later as the receipt machine was not working (?). When I was called to get the receipt, I looked at what was handed to me and saw that it was the wrong one so I mentioned it to them - they then accused me of not paying for my drink and asked me for proof of my transaction. I had to pull up my bank account in order to show them that it was paid for - even though they had seen me pay for my drink. When the drink was finally made, the barista held an attitude while giving it to me. It was a very strange experience, and made my time there overall not feel good.

Don’t waste your time giving these people your business. The quality is absolutely terrible and it’s a complete waste of money. Go to any of the other amazing coffee shops on Bernard like Deville, Pulp Fiction, 350 Bakehouse or even Starbucks on Harvey and you’ll be much happier.

It is so stupid when they showing it closes 9pm and when i drove by at 8pm it was closed even on google it was showing 9pm. This is so ridiculous wasting my time to come by for my favourite drink. Bad experience

Came in for a coffee yesterday and had to wait 15 minutes for an Americano. The cashier left. Then the batista took over the till leaving a bunch of our drink just sitting there half made. When I got my drink it was Luke warm at best. The batista should have told the people wanting to order to wait a minute and not made the people who's drinks are sitting there wait. No one wants to pay 5 dollars for a Luke warm coffee. Will never be back.

It is a busy holiday Monday and it's 2:00 in the afternoon and they have one staff member on. The lineup is out the door, drinks are getting behind and there is no one to help this poor staff member.
