“I don't think I've ever been disappointed with anything I've ordered here. Pastries are consistently flaky, there's a wide variety of offerings, and it's all surprisingly reasonably priced. (Certainly, you'll be paying less than you would for lower quality goods at the Starbucks nearby!)
I only wish this complex had more outdoor seating. The bakery's close to a good walking trail, and it'd be nice to be able to sit down right there after a long walk.“

“It's a really cool little coffee shop with a dog friendly patio, but be prepared to pay high prices.
We got a Latte , dirty Chai, and 2 crossiants $20.75! Insane prices lol 4$ a crossiant which tasted like the ones from Costco.
Aside from that, the coffees were delicious, but I wouldn't bother getting any of the plain baked goods based on our crossiant experience.
5/5 for coffee and the patio, but the 4$ crossiants really killed the mood, especially since they're definitely not baked in store.“

“Love these sandwiches! I ate them almost every lunch break through the summer as the gas station across the road sells them. Some of the ingredients lists aren't correct though.. if lettuce is listed, beware it's probably not in there. I really wish it was :( I forget which ones it was.“
“My husband picked up a chocolate fudge cake yesterday for my birthday. He also got a strawberry canola.The canoli was delicious with a nice strawberry flavor and crisp shell.The cake. “The perfect little spot to meet and catch up with a friend, go on a first date, impress visitors or relax solo. Staff is lovely and always provide fast, reliable service. The food is insanely affordable and homemade, which makes it extra delicious.
This is what I would consider a hidden gem in Kelowna!“

“We had our wedding cake and cupcakes from this amazing company. They travelled with us to Canmore, Alberta from Kelowna, BC and they travelled so well. They were a big hit at the wedding and friends are wanting to have more when they come to Kelowna for a visit. The whole process for ordering them was seamless as well.“

“Sugar Sweet Cake Company did a beautiful and amazing job for our vow renewals. The cake design perfectly matched our Alice in Wonderland/Mad Hatter theme, and we received a ton of compliments on how delicious our cake and tarts were from our guests. Our wedding cake was carrot flavored and it was the best carrot cake I have ever had. She also worked well with our decorator and planner. Thank you for making our day special.“

Shaper's pie is also made at the shop. It's good that hot soups are served hot.
The lemon chicken sandwich had plenty of toppings and the accompanying salad was delicious.
I would like to try breakfast next time.

“Went for some morning coffee today on a Saturday. Staff was very kind and friendly. Was happy to make conversation while making my coffee. Place was not super busy, but a big group could cause a little hold up. I was lucky and was in and out within 5 - 7 minutes.
I had a mocha with added whip cream on top. Mocha was very chocolaty and rich. Overall a very tasty coffee!
The shop itself was quite atmospheric and had a room long bar table facing a window, perfect to sit and watch the Kelowna traffic haha.
Though it was quite small inside the walls displayed beautiful art with tags about the artist. Each of the pieces was also available for purchase.
Being so close to the library its very convenient to stop and grab a quick mid study snack. Would recommend giving it a try!“

“After trying most of the independent coffee shops in Kelowna, this is by far the best! Coffee is just fantastic, a few more food options than the others around and the service is just lovely! For those that want to work, there is power and wifi (although a little slow it works well enough). Highly recommend!“

“I just have to tell you how much I love going to this Tim's location, the staff here are amazing, always friendly and make me feel like I'm special, this is my neighborhood tims and I go here every day and every day I get the same amazing service. I have gone to other tims during my travels and I may be prejudice but this tim outshines them all. They are simply the best.“

As a mom to a child with multiple food allergies (dairy, eggs, soy, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, bananas, avocado and melon), this is one of the only places in Kelowna where I can find many safe foods all in one spot. Lots of options for tortillas, bread, flour, pancake/waffle mixes, egg replacers, ripple milk, Earth's Balance soy-free dairy-free butter, Enjoy Life chocolate chips, and dairy-free cheeses (Violife, Daiya, Boursin, Silk etc.)Choices is expensive, relative to places like Superstore and Walmart, but the selection for these allergy-friendly products is unparalleled. You are starting to be able to find some of them at those bigger chains, but Choices has the best selection for sure.If the owner or manager is reading - please bring in the 7oz Daiya dairy-free jalapeno havarti blocks!“

“Had an issue in the drive though (wrong food then got my bagel but it was all mangled). Went into the store and the manager apologized, fixed the issue, and even gave us a donut to munch on while we waited. I’m very happy with the way the issue was resolved, without that great service I wouldn’t have gone back.“
