“I know this is only going to make sense for 1% of 1% of people who see this but, if you're familiar with Delaney's in North Vancouver, this is the exact same vibe but 500 km away. It's good food, made locally, good coffee, lots of space to sit and not feel rushed, prices are not crazy, it's absolutely fine.
If you're a traveller looking for a cranberry sourdough and turkey sandwich, a ham and cheese croissant, or a way-above chain restaurant grade flat white, this is the spot!
View is pretty nice too, I must say.“

“We went to shed on the way to meet family at a nearby park. We had drip coffee, lattes, cappuccino, cinnamon buns, savory croissants and apple fritters.
Everything was great. They heated up the croissants while we waited for our coffee.
The staff were friendly and the wait what you would expect when getting handmade coffee drinks.
There were lots of people coming through while we were there but everything moved quickly and efficiently. This is a great coffee and pastry restaurant.“

“Atmosphere only gets 4 stars due to the lack of foot traffic. This place deserves more customers. The ladies are friendly and care about your experience, delicious sandwiches and so fresh!
They also have a draw going on for a cake at the time I'm posting this. You should check them out, worth finding this hidden gem!“

“Came here on Thursday morning to grab a big wedding breakfast order for the wedding party and bride and groom. The employees were so patient with grabbing all of pastries, heating up the food, packing orders while handling other customers drink orders.
We received so many compliments on the food! Thank you so much for your kind service and making our wedding morning seamless.“

“I have been coming back to this place for a while. Staff were always nice and helpful! I love their guac toast! There is plenty of options for drinks for someone who cannot have coffee! Love their pastries as well! Especially the almond croiisant that they have! The pictures are 2 separate days.“

“Since 1996 Bean Scene is the place to meet for coffee in Kelowna.
The vegan wrap, the black bean wrap and the sausage wrap are hearty and healthy breakfast options.
Locally roasted beans make brilliant brews.
The staff are friendly and they feature local art on the walls.
Also the community board always has what is happening on the Kelowna scene.
There is a private room upstairs for meetings and chill space downstairs for working.
Outside patio is perfect in the morning with Eastern exposure for early morning sun.
After yoga or a swim in the lake this is where I like to come.“

Shaper's pie is also made at the shop. It's good that hot soups are served hot.
The lemon chicken sandwich had plenty of toppings and the accompanying salad was delicious.
I would like to try breakfast next time.

“Bean Scene is one of my regular coffee spots and a great place to work or study. The window views are beautiful, the atmosphere is comfortable, and the coffee is consistently excellent. My favorite drinks are the Brown Sugar Cinnamon Latte and the Caramel Macchiato—both are absolutely delicious. The baked goods are good, though the coffee is definitely the star of the show. A wonderful spot to spend a few hours with a laptop, a book, or a good conversation.“

“Supervisor Jen was very friendly! Had a large group of rowdy kids and they were very kind and accommodating. Replaced a spilled drink and wouldn't even allow us to clean it. Fixed a caffeine mixup free of charge. Very well maintained and great staff! Thank you lakeshore!“

“Always consistent with their products, coffee always tastes the same, food is generally made perfectly, only negative is the homeless people camping out front of the building on a daily basis and bothering customers

Instant warm inviting, welcoming, ambience and aromatic haven.
Friendly knowledgable Barb gave me a wee tour on their fine goods. The management must be extraordinary in this store as one doesn't see this kind of friendly attention in any other store.
