To start off this stellar review, I would like to mention the impeccable lighting in this facility. It highlighted the flattering curves of the donuts?. The environment was very modern. Service was within an adequate timeline, however it should be noted that I was not offered the gift of a receipt. Closed due renovations but didn't have the respect for customers to update their hours on Google (even though they are able.)The drive-thru design makes it impossible to see the length of the line, and therefore assess the wait, before you're in it. Could be 30 seconds or 15 minutes... go on, roll the dice!They took away highchairs for children, using COVID as an excuse, and stacked them in the hallway so as to prevent wheelchair access to the bathrooms. When a customer is mad you don't short them on rectifying a situation, you don't make enough to care if Tim Hortons loses a whopping $3 when I'm pissed that your people smashed my donuts together, didn't listen when I placed my order and did not provide a receipt.
