I am impressed with the quality of service at this store, particularly when purchasing hot lattes. The staff maintain a friendly attitude whether assisting customers in-store or through the drive-through. Mandi, a courteous lady, has served me twice and consistently delivered perfectly prepared lattes.☺
The food is good, but the service is often slow, even when ordering just two coffees. On one occasion it took like 25 minutes for two large iced coffees, but the drive-thru is faster and the inside is small but cozy. I'd say it's a good hangout spot to do work and meet up with people, but the service could be a little faster.
I love this Tim Horton's. This has become my go to place in West Kelowna because the staff at this particular location greet you warmly and genuinely act like they are happy to see you. I've gotten to know a few of the crew members and they are great people. Keep up the awesome work!

The food quality and coffee at Tim Hortons remain consistently good, making it a popular choice for both casual and catered dining. The supervisor Ana is calm and collected, and the crew is kind to customers. Tim Hortons consistently delivers high-quality food and beverages, and the guest relation made by Gie is outstanding, consistently delivering great service and accommodating specific requests.
