Always bought from Cobs in Calgary so was happy to know there was one in Kelowna. What a disappointment. They rarely have the products I want to purchase. This shop has let me down multiple times. Today I waited in a ten min line to get inside and be told they were out of two of the items I was looking for. Come on Cobs, you can do better than this.
We keep trying to like it. Have been to other locations and have LOVED the products. Kelowna is a big fail. Has been for years....

COBS Bread offers a great selection of fresh baked items, with a great selection of product, great quality and flavour. The bread and goodness goodies are always incredibly delicious, fantastic, and beautifully displayed. The lemon blueberry scones are so good, stellar, and the cinnamon buns are a favorite. The gourmet hamburger and hot dog buns, scones and more delights are beyond delicious. Customers love the free treat on a birthday as a COBS member and appreciate seeing the store donate leftover items daily. The staff are the friendliest, incredibly kind and compassionate, and the atmosphere of the bakery is warm and inviting. Someone always greets you with a hello, and the staff normally go out of their way to make it an utmost pleasant experience, like being part of the cobs family. The customer service is superb and always exemplary. However, one visit had a server who was not very festive or pleasant, with a filthy uniform and a scowl. The store was not crowded, and a delightful smallish young girl was trying her best but was overrun. The food is five stars, but service and atmosphere that day deserved one star. Despite this, the overall experience is exceptional, and customers will return for weekly shopping.
