We had an amazing dinner cruise last night. The staff was very personable and made sure we had whatever we needed. Great atmosphere and not too crowded. We'll definitely be doing it again.
I live in Edmonton and booked a dinner cruise for 4 people on August 16, 2026. In light of the fire situation I emailed Kelowna Cruises and explained that we do not want to come because of the fires and not wanting to be a burden on any evacuated people. My heart goes out to the thousands of people being displaced from their homes and not even sure if their homes will be there when they can return. Thank you for refunding my money within 10 minutes. A lovely cruise which my entire family of four enjoyed very much. The staff were very kind and the captain was thoughtful in his narration. I learned a lot more about Kelowna's history, most notably the fires, celeb houses & bridges (including the previous one). The lunch was tasty and the kiddos were quite pleased by this. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Thank you 😊
