Shame. Ordered some appetizers which came out 5 minutes later fro the microwave. Some pork lumps covered in sugar, prawns covered in some gunk which blistered the taste. The cheese was okay but again made yesterday and served cold. We’re so impressed that we elected not to order thing else. The bar has been dramatically lowered from 5 to 10 years ago. I guess the “Taco Bell? Mac’s, kfc, Wendy’s crowd probably love this Costco microwaved food.

Friendly staff - we showed up earlier for our reservation and there was a long wait time and they accommodated us earlier!! Service was good too!

Food is good! My favorite is the braised roast ribbs!! Delicious!!

Kids food available! Pizza is small portion and pasta is a good portion.

Noise is medium - still can talk easily!

We really enjoyed our meal here. The service was good and we were able to get a table without a reservation, but I highly recommend one.

The food was great! We all had the salmon which was cooked very well. I also recommend the beat salad and the prawns.

They have a nice selection of classic and signature cocktails.

We have given this restaurant a number of opportunities in the past five years, however, have been disappointed with the quality of food every time.

We spent a week in Whistler for a family trip and had Christmas dinner at 21 Steps Kitchen. The restaurant was very busy that night, so reservations are a must. The dishes were fresh and delicious, with lighter seasoning that let the natural flavors shine. The only downside was that the lighting was a bit too dim. Overall, we still enjoyed the meal and would consider coming back again.

Really miserable experience. Server, Erin, was cold and unfriendly, and each interaction seemed unwelcome. Rushed us to order, then disappeared for 15 minutes. The restaurant was super empty but service still took forever. We mentioned that we were celebrating a birthday and this was completely ignored by the entire staff team. I had high hopes, but food was mediocre for the price point.

An excellent elevated experience! Beyond 21 steps of deliciousness. The drinks were fantastic and food was perfection. They offer a nice mix compared to some of the other restaurant options in the village. A well thought out menu and the service was great even without a reservation.

My waitress took my butter knife, just to bring a clean one. I was looking forward to the butter i had on my knife.
