“We came to Tandoori Grill during our Whistler Village visit. We were looking for something homey during the cold rainy weather and Tandoori Grill didn’t disappoint. The food was amazing and the service was amazing. Mohit and Ranjeet both were very friendly. They kept checking on us and my little niece got complimentary Ice cream too. Good food, Good place! Definitely a place to check out at Whistler!!”

“The main reason will we be back: Sara and Nicole. You made my sisters 30th bday so special. We cannot thank you enough for everything you did. Girls girls get it. Thank you. Ps. Mikes the best bartender.”
“Waiter very attentive & friendly, food prompt, hot & delicious. Had friend tofu, massaman curry, pad Thai, stir fry w/ pork belly Portions large. Ice cream is also delicious.”
“Our family of 8 had a great dining experience at Masala Bistro in Whistler Village after our day on the slopes. Each dish was tasty and our perfect finish was the Bailey’s coffee! The staff was so accommodating they even gave us some spices to use later in the week in our condo for meals we planned to cook there (but had forgotten our basic spice kit). Next time, we’ll leave the cooking to all the great restaurants in Whistler—especially this one!”

“This is my favourite restaurant in Whistler and probably anywhere really. I shared it with a friend who I joined in Whistler for his first time and everything was impeccable as always! Thank you!”
“Araxi Restaurant & Oyster Bar in Whistler Village offers an exceptional fine dining experience that is truly unforgettable. From the moment you step in, the ambiance sets the stage for a phenomenal culinary journey. The food quality is nothing short of spectacular, with each dish crafted to perfection.
A special mention goes to Andrea H, whose attentive and knowledgeable service elevated our dining experience. Andrea’s expertise and warm hospitality are a true credit to the restaurant.
The seafood selection is outstanding. The oysters were fresh and brimming with flavor, while the prawn cocktail was a delightful start to the meal. The beet salad was a vibrant and refreshing dish, and the octopus was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful. The scallops with pork jowl were a standout, offering a perfect balance of textures and tastes.
To complement our meal, we ventured out of our usual European wine choices and opted for a local BC Pinot Noir. It was a delightful surprise and paired beautifully with our dishes, proving to be well worth the punt.
Overall, Araxi Restaurant & Oyster Bar delivers a top-notch dining experience with phenomenal food and superb service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Whistler Village!”
Takeout Restaurants
“What a lovely dinner! The food was so good. Everything was perfect. The tomatoes soup is a must, I usually never order soup but it was to die for. Ordered the rib eye with four sides and they were amazing. Our server Robert was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable of the whole menu and everything he recommended was 10/10. Definitely recommend this restaurant & we will be for sure coming back next stay at the Fairmont Whistler!”
“Perfect Steakhouse Experience from Food to Service
If you’re visiting Whistler, this steakhouse is a must-try. We celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday here and brought our own wine, for which they charged a corkage fee. However, the fresh Burrata Salad and the crispy-on-the-outside, tender-on-the-inside Ribeye were so delicious! It’s so worth it!
Dishes We Enjoyed:
• Tuna & Salmon Sashimi
• Burrata Salad
• Seared Scallops
• Ribeye
• Tenderloin
• Wild Mushrooms
• 20 Layered Chocolate Cake

“The place is one of the few ones with a good croissant in Canada. The staff is also quite friendly which is rare case in this country. Overall this is a 5 for low level of food and service in ”
“The best place to bring the family after a well-deserved ski trip. It is nice and toasty in Vairo meant you could see the pizza being made right in front of your ass are usually ask for the table closest to the oven so I could see my pizza going in and out and seeing it get toasty. They have lots of drink options, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic. The kids love to come over there because the waiters give them colouring to for entertainment so the adults can have a good chat. just to warn y’all, reserving a spot just take some time, so go online a day before to make your reservation because it can be a bit tricky.”
“Love this place. It's an Irish bar, at the base of the ski slopes, what more could you want? Food, yes, the fish and chips, is amazing, so was Shepherds Pie.”
“Came all the way from the states(Iowa) and had the best Splitzy Burger bowl! It was so delicious. I'm going to have to try to replicate it but I know I won't be able to do it justice.”
“Amazing service, incredible food, and super fresh! The Pork Gyoza, Super Hiro and Beautiful Tempura left me speechless! 100% recommend and 100% I’m coming back! One of the best sushi’s I’ve ever had!”
“Most amazing customer service! The beer always tastes better when the person serving it has a story and knows whats in it!”
“It's meant to be a French fine dining restaurant. Decor and atmosphere are not up to the aspiration. Food portions are small but quality is high. Not sure how I feel about this one tbh”
“Very rich and the staff very friendly and polite. Also the dishes are quite filling. The atmosphere is great and they play the piano live. I recommend it because I am special with. The food because I don't eat beef but all the lactose-free and meat-free dishes from RWZ are very good. I recommend the Japanese onigiri but I also recommend that you order the sauce separately because it is not very tasty for some. Also from my brother the Wagyu Burger was delicious. This restaurant is not for vegans or vegetarians because there were no options, not even salads. It is quite expensive, more than 100 or even more than 200 dollars, but the desserts are delicious. The first chocolate cake is the best. I hope you like the restaurant. If you don't know what to order, ask the waiters.”
“We crossed Canada in Westfalia in the summer of 2024 and we took the opportunity to discover the country's microphones. I'm celiac so I have to say that usually while my husband enjoyed the local beers I had to settle for a cider or a gin and tonic! I was SO excited to get to the Whistler Brewing Company knowing that they have 2 gluten-free beer options! Indescribable moment of my trip to have an (ok... 2!!!) EXCELLENT gluten-free beers on the terrace! My husband loved his “flight” too! The relaxed atmosphere as well as the exceptional (and French-speaking!!!) service are also worthy of mention!”
“Nice flatbreads selection, great atmosphere -trendy and clean and great food - would definitely go back”
“This is a review for the chalet where we had dinner. Jack was our server and was incredible friendly, knowledgeable about the meal and gave great server.
Food and drinks: We had the fondue dinner. So much fun and delicious.”
