Enjoyed the ice room vodka tasting. There were several different flavours that we were able to have a shot to try. Oli was very helpful with explaining the different type of vodka bottles and recommended the best ones to taste.
Barefoot Bistro is the go to spot for a memorable dining experience in Whistler! Highly recommend you visit- incredible food, delicious cocktails, great service. Recommend the Brussel sprouts, gnocchi and Venison. They have an incredible cellar downstairs that they will take you to for a very special sabering of your chosen sparkling / champagne. Went for a date night and to sample the desserts on the menu, my girlfriend is allergic to pineapple so we passed on the pineapple baba. We had the Key Lime, After Eight, and the Match Manga Pavlova. All the desserts where plated beautifully and had clearly been thought out and crafter with care. My favorite dessert was the after eight, being an elegant balance of chocolate and mint.
