I had a wonderful dining experience at Bearfoot Bistro. I took advantage of a mid-week prix fix offer, which was priced at a relative bargain for Whistler.
The lobster bisque was really good, but I would have preferred a little bit of lobster meat to the seafood rilette. The bavette steak and lobster was fantastic, my steak was a perfect rare, and the accompanying veg & sauces were delicious. Booked the Experience and had a fantastic tasting with our host Tony. Was definitely chilly at a brisk -29 (a nice break from the 28c outside) and the vodka was viscous.
The food is amazing. The largest wine cellar around.
