“We ducked into Black’s Pub yesterday to escape the Whistler rain and were so glad we did. The warm atmosphere, mountain views, and cozy setting made it the perfect lunch spot on a wet afternoon.
A special shout-out to Sam, who looked after us brilliantly. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, Sam made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Service was prompt without feeling rushed, and nothing was too much trouble.
The food was delicious, generous in size, and exactly what we were looking for after a rainy morning exploring the village. Combined with the relaxed vibe and fantastic location at the base of the mountains, it was a great experience all around.
If you’re looking for a comfortable place to enjoy lunch in Whistler—especially when the weather isn’t cooperating—I’d highly recommend Black’s Pub. Thanks again to Sam and the team for a memorable visit. We’ll definitely be back!“

“Rim rock cafe did not disappoint oh my word… best OYSTERS I’ve had in a long time. Their MIGNONETTE, vinegar and shallots. Then I had the CEVICHE Chili & lime marinated prawns, scallops, ling cod, onion, sambal, avocado and lastly the mixed grill Filet mignon with bearnaise, lamb chop with demi-glace, venison striploin with porcini cream paired with an amazing juicy glass of red wine that they recommended. I’m still thinking about it this morning. Spa day today, facial and a full body massage.“

“on friday april 18th i was at the restaurant and suddenly felt unwell before ordering. on my way to the restroom i colapsed. The staff was immediately there to help me. They were very helpful and professional. They got me to the washroom and when i felt a little better called me a taxi. Cant thank them enough. wish I remembered the waiters name to thank him personally. 10 out of 10 for customer care.“

“We sat outside for the first time. Usually we have had a reservation and been inside. As “walk-ins” we were seated outside with heaters and blankets. We actually enjoyed it just as much - people watching, enjoying the lights of night time Whistler. Of course the food and service were superb as always.“

“We just got back from a lovely dinner at Old Spaghetti factory. We felt very safe and my dinner was fabulous. A lovely bottle of wine and managers special combo of mezithra and clam sauce. Only place I can get this. Good separation and sanitation and great service from Cassie. The manager was also great but we didn’t get his name. A wonderful chap from Perth. We would recommend this place for a great pasta night out.“

“This is a fun bar with a storied history. Menu changes occur periodically, so if it's been a while between visits don't assume your favorite dish from the last visit is available (I'm looking at you Nachos platter!). The nuggets challenge can be how busy it gets due to its proximity to the gondola/lift. Inside and exterior seating is all good and the staff will 100% work with you to find space for your group. Definitely recommend a visit when you visit Whistler.“

“Super attentive, hands on staff, I was greeted promptly and seated in an incredibly timely manner. Food was incredible! The wake up call and a mimosa was just what the doctor ordered after a long night of debauchery. As soon as I was inside I knew I'd be coming back to try everything on the menu, and I can't wait until I get to eat here again. Side note, my wife ate here months ago, and her experience inspired me to come.“

“You know when you think Dominos it is a large chain and you know what you’re gonna get and it’s reasonably priced and you go for it… But here in Whistler if you don’t have your act together with your food you’re not gonna last – and this family owned personal business is very well run, very timely, always on top of their orders and very kind and dealing with their customers. If you want gourmet pizza you can find it, and we know Dominos is a good stock standard when you need it for a group of people or for your kids or because it’s fast and easy and they’ll bring it to your house – I recommend it to you, and we’ve not been dissatisfied even once“

“We had the mountain top feast. What a great experience. We bought a package that included the lift tickets and think it was a good deal for all you get. The food was really good and the views are hard to beat for a restaurant. We'll do this again if we are back here.“

“Thank you for being so accommodating to my allergies! My sister and I loved our dinners and her favorite dessert Billy Miner Pie! Sam was an amazing server, so friendly and kind as well as the Manager, so awesome he came out to confirm my allergies and meal! Thank you for taking such good care of us and our meals!
