We dine here every year on an annual ski trip. While each year is great, this year was exceptional. During the pandemic, many places got a bit lax in the experience but Hy's seized the opportunity and delivered an amazing experience. We usually go to Hys for dinner but this time we went for the 4 pm happy hour. 90 minutes of classics ( Caesar salad, oysters) and great drinks on offer. Sat at the bar and chatted with locals. Had a great evening.

My experience overall was great! Staff was really friendly and polite. We tried some steak, wine and desserts. Everything was good but the steak comes in a not so big portion and it’s quite pricey.
