“We ducked into Black’s Pub yesterday to escape the Whistler rain and were so glad we did. The warm atmosphere, mountain views, and cozy setting made it the perfect lunch spot on a wet afternoon.
A special shout-out to Sam, who looked after us brilliantly. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, Sam made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Service was prompt without feeling rushed, and nothing was too much trouble.
The food was delicious, generous in size, and exactly what we were looking for after a rainy morning exploring the village. Combined with the relaxed vibe and fantastic location at the base of the mountains, it was a great experience all around.
If you’re looking for a comfortable place to enjoy lunch in Whistler—especially when the weather isn’t cooperating—I’d highly recommend Black’s Pub. Thanks again to Sam and the team for a memorable visit. We’ll definitely be back!“

“Peter behind the bar is really great and friendly! This place is really fun late night weekend and the arcade room with the pool tables was awesome while having a few drinks. Loved the photo booth! The DJ was playing well for the crowd and everyone was having a great time on a Friday night. Really glad we came!“
