Had a really good time at the Fairmont Chateau in Whistler. Right from check-in, the front desk staff were warm and friendly. The front desk service is stellar. Friendly and warm. The hotel is inviting has exquisite amenities. Concierge is friendly. Many families and pet friendly. Room was super clean. I highly recommend the in-house bike tours with jack. He knows so much about the area and is such a fun and accommodating host. Goes out of his way to give you the perfect activity for your group. Thanks so much Jack for making our rainy day a highlight with
