Kid-friendliness: Great staff, they took time to make the kids hot chocolate, extra special. Welcoming, atmosphere and location Makes it the perfect start or end to a village stroll.

Large open coffee shop, lots of places to sit, less busy than the ones a bit closer to the gondolas. Great atmosphere, lovely hot chocolate!

Staff exceedingly rude. Not helpful in getting lids they were out of and a cup for water. Unfortunate since we usually come here multiple times on vacation.

If you like a good strong espresso come here! Great coffee and hot chocolates made with real chocolate

Coffee is good, standard atmosphere. Service with an attitude. Asked for more kids as they were out. Barista scoffed, went to verify I was correct before giving me the lid.....

Came and got their hot chocolate. It was not the same as many years ago. It used to be Belgian hot chocolate, very thick and like drinking liquid chocolate. Now they use a single origin Colombian hot chocolate, not the same as before. You can choose dark, milk or white chocolate for hot chocolate or mochas and they are good but not like it was before. There's a large parking lot inside the shopping complex, there are kiosks for paying by inputting your license plate number but we were only going to be there a short time so we didn't bother. Use your own discretion.

Latte is really good. Its not so bitter but still can taste some bitterness of express.Chocolate croissant is decent-good.I like how they also sell arts of local artists but it's cash only.

Nice place with friendly staff but the coffee was truly awful. Burnt milk, just bubbly milk on top of bad beans. baristas need some training, perhaps I got really unlucky on my two visits but the quality was simply not there.

I ordered an egg nog latte while visiting for NYE and it was delicious! I really miss those from Starbucks so I'm glad they are keeping the tradition alive. They used real egg nog not a syrup. The service was quick and friendly and the price was reasonable.
