Our waitress Sayla was very nice, however, I don’t think it’s right to charge an 18% gratuity on a “big” group consisting of 4 adults and 2 kids under 3. The quality of the food has gone down since the last time we were here 4 years ago while the prices have doubled. The girls ordered apple juice and it was mostly ice and a little juice (and it’s cold outside) Will not be coming back.

The customer service was impeccable, and the attention to detail in their work truly stood out. Fia, our server, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience.Despite the peak hour rush, Fia managed to find us a table and made sure we were comfortable. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and her recommendations were spot on! We tried a variety of dishes and drinks, and each one was delicious.As a first-time visitor to Whistler, I couldn't have asked for a better introduction to the local food scene. Thanks to Fia and the team at Cinnamon Bear Bar + Grille, I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience

Xavier was exceptional. Possibly the nicest server I’ve ever met. Always there when you need him and there when you want him, I felt as if I was never without a drink all night. Just seemingly appeared when I wanted him most, awesome service. Fia was also lovely, really made me feel at home, very attentive and caring staff! ? further frida was super professional, but at the same time fully felt like she was there so me (as the costumer could have the best possible time).

I ordered a glass of MOCKTAIL on January 29th. After payment and getting out, I had a headache. It was a COCKTAIL. I strongly want to say that this accident was really dangerous. I hope these accidents will never happen from now on. That's why I've posted here.
