I visited for the first time yesterday after hearing my friends rave about this place, which got me excited to try it. It took us three hours to get there, and it was our first stop upon reaching Whistler around 3 PM.
Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff were rude, unfriendly, and displayed poor customer service. One staff member, who had a distinct British accent that I’m not familiar with, asked me which cone I wanted. At first, I couldn’t understand him, and when he repeated the question, he seemed visibly annoyed.
The situation escalated when the cashier told him, “You’re very confrontational,” after which they continued murmuring and laughing about it in front of me. I felt humiliated. I apologized to the cashier, explaining that I genuinely had difficulty understanding him. She kindly redirected the conversation by asking me about my visit, which I appreciated, but the experience left a sour taste.
As for the ice cream, I ordered the Moo York Cheesecake. Unfortunately, it was underwhelming—bland, overly sweet, and lacking the distinct flavor of cheesecake. Even the creaminess was under par.

Very delicious ice cream, many flavors, great selection of merchandise related, other fairy and sweet products. Prices are above the average.

The atmosphere was amazing and there was so much you could buy like T-shirt or other items. You could also buy pints to go if you were in a hurry or wanted to take some home. The ice cream was amazing and this is one of my favorite ice cream places ever.

So nice I had to get it twice during my weekend stay in Whistler. Definitely on the pricier side, however is very much worth a visit whenever in Whistler.
That British guys with the sick staches did an incredible serving myself this fine evening emoji🍦🍦😆😆

Very good ice creams (if you don't like them creamy, you may not finish it, but you have to try them)
