Just popped in for a drink and a warm up from the snow. Great atmosphere and warm welcome. 👍

Quite like the food and atmosphere for a family outing with our kids. The menu doesn't have a ton of selection but usually there's no complaints from kids for burgers or the flatbread. Was quite busy on a Friday night and not sure if the server forgot to enter our order or if it just took well over one hour from the time we ordered for food to be delivered.

Had dinner two nights in a row here. Olives to start both nights and the chickpea burger once and roasted cauliflower once. The cauliflower was so well done and looked great too. I highly recommend! Nita Lake great for vegan. Fix cafe also has several options as does their restaurant The Den

The host at the Cure Lounge was the most condescending and sarcastic person I have come across in customer service in a while. Turned us off enough to not want to eat a meal here.

From what I have experienced, hosts are supposed to be welcoming and friendly. His attitude was the complete opposite. This restaurant should consider training their staff better.

honestly a little bit surprised at the amount of good reviews for this restaurant. the food was super disappointing for the price we paid. the tacos came with almost no toppings, just the tortilla and meat, no sauces. the fish tacos was mostly deep fried batter. we waited over 30 minutes for the food only to have it be overly simple. the house salad was just lettuce with dressing, 3 cherry tomatoes and cucumbers, which usually would be okay for a house salad except they were charging $28 for the whole meal, and the main wasn’t much better. overall very disappointing food.

I used to be a huge promoter and fan of this place until my yesterday experience . I dont think ill ever come to this place again. Everyone were so unwelcoming except for our server (i dont know the name, super nice lady with a french accent ). The other lady who greeted us to the lounge offered us one of the tables on the front to which i asked our server whether it is possible for us to move to one of the couches with fire place, our server went above and beyond and found us one of the couches which was for the other restaurant but it was close . Few moments later The receptionist who gave us the initial seat (a girl with curly hair and yellow shirt)came and with a very unfriendly tone asked me if a host brought us there which i respond yes. She left and came back again with such an arrogance in her voice and told me that she asked everyone and no one allowed us to seat there (i felt i committed a crime) which i insisted again that a server took us here, i dont know whats wrong with her she was super nice to other guests?!!. At this point i wanted to leave but our server came again and changed the experience to some extend. Overall i had a horrible experience , the food was decent but i really couldn’t tell to be honest.

The servers here are wonderful. A couple things were forgotten but that was more than made-up for by the service, as well as the offer for dessert on the house. Devyn especially was amazing, so chatty and friendly and took such great care of us; considering we're new to Canada and Whistler, she recommended places for us to visit, which we valued a lot. Highly recommend the ice cream, it's delicious.

Edit: after a few more experiences this review has sadly had to drop to 2 stars, due to the constant forgetting of food items which we thought was just a one-off situation, undercooking of beef mince items, overcooking of flatbread, missing items, bringing wrong food items out, serving meat to a vegetarian (which we were lucky to catch), a waiter ignoring a member of our family (the bill-payer) entirely in favour of the women in our family 2 nights in a row, taking the wrong order more than once, allowing the option to double tip at large amounts, and just the complete absence of the majority of waitstaff due to them prioritising socialising instead of checking on tables.

When a chicken burger costs $26 it’s fair to expect a really good meal but what I got instead was chicken that tasted like it had been made days ago and refried, drowned in some mayonnaise concoction that was so heavy it completely disintegrated the bun. The side salad was similarly drowned in dressing. The only acceptable item was the fries and that’s all I ate but no one asked whether there was something wrong, or whether I would like to order something else. The servers were nice but inexperienced and the meal came with no napkins or a fork for the salad. At these prices things should be a lot better including the seats which looked old and tired and had crumbs on them. Yes it’s a lovely location but it doesn’t make up for the rest.

Poor service. Mediocre food. Our mains came before appetizer. I ordered a vegan mushroom burger which was slimy and I didn’t eat but paid for. It came with a side salad which had dairy. The second salad brought out was just huge uncut pieces of lettuce and kale. A very mediocre and disappointing experience. They do a great job advertising for a beautiful fine dining experience, but provide a very basic one.

First of all, Julianna was incredible! Thank you so much for the wonderful time we had. Food was amazing, we had 5 different plates and all were good! My duck was delicious and the truffle mash potatoes are to die for! Inside and outside you will have a great view!
