I called the store to order and pay over the phone, but there was an issue with the post code attached to my card and a new address. It was the worst service I've ever had and the worst pizza! One was so busy on her phone and others were just chatting away. I go back in after I put the order through to get the order and they hadn't even started it! I had to wait double the time I was told then to top it off when we got back to the hotel and started eating it, it wasn't cooked properly and all the toppings were falling off and on top we had stomach issues all night!

The staff was stubborn that we order through the app or website, since it had a discount, apparently it was not working and we decided to order at the counter, the insistence was the problem.
The food is very good although I don't know if it was because we hadn't eaten anything all day haha We ordered a classic pizza, pepperoni. I was disappointed that they didn't have a cheese border!!!

This is a feedback for the owner or manager, we are regular customers of dominos since very long time. Today we had a worst experience, we ordered through the app today with the name of Avneet, there were no oregano, chilli flakes and herb and garlic seasoning on the pizza, also the sauce was little on the sour side. We called the restaurant the lady replied us very rudely, first I just called to only report the incidence but due to her rude behaviour I asked for a remake, we picked up the second pizza and to satisfy her personal grudge she loaded the pizza with too much seasoning and attended us very rudely. I have attached the picture of pizza here, we then decided to throw the pizza in garbage near the store for safety concern.

Staff all talking to each other nobody takes orders u have to say hello Manu times. Pizza was chewy, pasta is gross don't order it, small portions cheap with the meat. Meat smells bad. And they want a tip for bad service. In reality need better hygiene and shower not be all sweaty n smelly.
