We went here for our friend’s birthday party (a kid’s party). Our table had several orders of fried chicken and fries. After waiting forever for a server to come by so I could ask for a menu, I went to the back to get one myself. I looked at the menu for a while and could not find a simple grilled cheese sandwich, Mac n cheese, cheese pizza, pasta and sauce - things that are so basic for kids- were not there. So, I left my kid with the group, went to Creekside Market and bought a small container of Mac n cheese and brought it back to the restaurant for my kid to eat. When I went to throw away the compostable container and wooden fork into the compost, a server plucked the fork from me and put it in the garbage. And I said, “oh, I had thought forks were compostable,” (being made of plant and all.) and she said, “No,” and walked away… just my take on her disposition- rude or socially awkward. I don’t know, but I doubt I’ll ever come back here! The fries were good though, and the place was not as packed as I had seen it years ago- hmm I wonder why!
Oh and I went and looked it up- yes, wooden forks ARE compostable. Inform your staff.

Burger was a 5 if they used fresh beef instead of a frozen patty it would of been a 9.Resturants really need to stop these mystery meat sponges

Came to dustys for the legendary nachos, only thing legendary was the cost. We went all out for the bbq nachos (as always) what a disappointment. Dry and lacked effort imo. But who writes good reviews anyway.
It won't stop me from coming here every day this winter. Hopefully they sort that part out.

My wife and I stopped by for a meal at the end of our day. She is not a big eater and wanted to order the 'Chicken Fingers' off of the kids menu. No 'adult' version of the 'Chicken Fingers' exists on their menu. On a prior visit last year, we considered the quality of our food to be sub-par, thus limiting what she was willing to try. We were informed by the wait staff and manager that adults cannot order from the kids menu, no exceptions. This is a restaurant policy with no flexibility whatsoever. The chef had previously been informed of this issue but has yet to act on it. We decided to leave and find another restaurant. All other restaurants we patronized had no problems allowing adults to order from the kids menu. We won't return to Dusty's.

Was here a few weeks ago and left a review but now a weeks later I feel compelled turn my rating into a perfect 5/5.
That Korean bbq brisket is the best meal I’ve had in ages and I am craving it every day.

A glimpse into Whister's glory days, for a price.
It's still one of the best patios in Whistler, and one of the most famous apres locations in town, but really it's only worth going if you're looking to remember what it once was. Prices are ridiculous for what you get, seriously, $45 for nachos or $58 if you want meat and guac. You don't get much in the way of food quality or portions for that price either. The $21 wings are a light appetizer at best.
But maybe the drinks are better? Nope. The beer list is laughably bad as well with only one craft beer on tap and a couple in cans, the rest are megabreweries and their subsidiaries 'crafty' cousins.
If you're looking for atmosphere and don't care about anything else, Dusty's isn't a bad option. If you're looking for good food & drink or value, you'll have to stray a little further from the lift.

I get we all have bad days...
We were staying at the hotel connected to dusty's and we've heard some decent things about this place.
I'll start with the bad:
- Place was pretty busy on a saturday night. we had called to ask what time last call was as we wanted to get in for food. first call, they hung up on us. second call, they were pretty rude.
- Why is a place like this (that's so bumping) closed at 8pm?! come on - at leasssst 9 or 10. You'd continue to get lots of business. We got there around 6:45/7 and noticed people roll in at 7:45 and get fully ignored by staff. the staff was bringing pillows inside but completely ignoring?! that's pretty bad.
- prices are brutal, i know it's whistler and things are expensive, but still. the first day i went i got the coast mountain rotating tap for $8.75 and the next day they charged me $10.75... so i paid over $13 for ONE beer. i had just come from the brewery itself where it was $6.
- main issue: our server was incredibly rude. she dropped off the menu and essentially threw it on the table. She was definitely having a ROUGH day, she honeslty looked like she was going to break out in tears. She was extremely short with us and not friendly at all. We finally asked her how her day was and she said "it's been reallly busy and a rough day."Now i get it, serving is hard work. the owners and managers should not be letting their staff get this burnt out that they're on the verge of tears. Unfortunately she was not personable at all.
Now with the good. Nachos were good but quite pricy. However one of my friends got an extra side of salsa and sour cream and they charged her SEVEN dollars. that's wild.
The vibe was good! You're right at the mountain and have this beautiful view. nice outdoor picnic area to chill on a sunny day.
Server on the second day i visited was great. Adam - nice work and great attitude. super friendly.
Would i come back? maybe but my advice to management. get more staff on so your servers aren't over worked and burnt out.

Showed up at 7pm, they close at 8pm…took a seat (as the sign says) and was ignored for 20mins by the staff before we gave up and left. Not a good look for the staff to not even acknowledge your existence because it’s close to closing time, if the kitchen is closed or you are done taking orders, at least say something instead of wasting peoples time.

Really expensive pub food and there are plenty of better options around Whistler.

Really neat location right at the bottom of Whistler mountain gondola! Great vegan options for a pub/BBQ restaurant. The maple 'bacon' rub vegan wings were outstanding and the smoked tempeh banh mi was satisfying. We got extra of the delicious "[censored] rub" vegan mayo (unfortunate name, I know..but it goes to show that the vegan seasonings are what makes BBQ great!) that came with the fries. It was great added to the sandwich and as a better dip than just plain vegan mayo for the wings. Really tasty overall!!
After a long mountain bike ride in Whistler, I decided to stop by Dusty's restaurant. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, I wasn’t greeted or shown to a seat. After waiting for 10 minutes, I was told I had to move to a different seat. It took another 15 minutes and multiple attempts to get the attention of the staff to place my order. Despite the challenges, the food was decent once it arrived.
I hope they can improve their service, as the location is great and has potential.

Almost $60 for a mediocre plate of nachos. I know the cartels have really put a pinch on the global tortilla chip supply chain, but still, that's a bit much. Especially in Creekside, which is the red headed step child of Whistler base areas.
Save your money and get a bag of chips from the gas station.
The quantity of the food, especially wings and fingers was shocking. Chicken Fingers comes with just 2 fingers. A friend joked that they give 2 pieces so they can call it Finger's' not Finger.
