What a horrible experience we have for Christmas Eve dinner.We placed order for appetizers and main meals .After some time of waiting they brought us part of appetizers and few minutes later they brought main meal for one of party members After complaining that was still early for that she took it away. After long wait we got second part of appetizers. Few minutes later someone was coming and telling us that our time for dinner has been expired as they have reservations on our table .Horrible not acceptable they move us to different table with our main meals on it.Why is this happening ??

Apparently this is “rare.”

Need I say more about my 1 star review.

I had to edit this review because someone please tell me why it got worse!!

Fries were stale and I could’ve sworn they were 4 days old! Don’t even get me started on the sushi! Omg, mushy, lemony, undercooked rice (hard to bite).
Wings were mid (thank god something wasn’t a solid -4/10)
Chicken burger was decent.

We had the spicy California roll, was more like mushy lemon rolls. The burger was good but salty. The prime strip loin was good but I hope you like glue instead of potatoes to go with it. Very expensive for the poor quality of the food.

had the best time with Sean! my girlfriend and i are having a girls trip and sean made it memorable! he was so caring and personable :)

Sat at the bar with my girlfriend and Sean was absolutely amazing!!! So hospitable, caring and welcoming sharing great recommendations and even making us some special customs!! Ask for Sean!!!!!!

We were looking forward to our dinner meal at Earls primarily as a result of our experiences in Vancouver and Calgary. It was disappointing!

The service from the Hostess and Wait staff was wonderful. A short 20 minute wait and we were settled into a great table. Our waiter was attentive and professional!

The food was disappointing. High prices for small portions. While I understand the need to make money in Whistler there should also be a level of value. One steak order was overdone, a replacement fee of 4$ to exchange fries with a green salad that barely covered the bottom of the bowl. I won’t return!

Kid-friendliness: We did bring a 2 year old toddler. They were extremely welcoming and ensured that a high chair was provided and the food order was prompt and tasty.

Watched this place fall on its face during the last 15 years. Service is horrible, as long term locals we kept giving it a 'chance' and kept being disappointed every time. Food quality... not as good as it use too be. No atmosphere anymore. Save your bucks and go to pretty much any other earls.

Very slow service. Waited half an hour after I asked for a bill to get it and then another 20 minutes to pay

Visited Saturday morning and it was quite disappointing.

Had a reservation that we were 20 mins early for and we were told to wait outside for 10-15 mins. Get into the restaurant and it's mostly empty.

Of our 4 orders, 1 was incorrect, 2 were cold and the last order cancelled part of his order as everything was taking too long. We had to ask for coffee and milk multiple times and did everyhting we could to streamline the visit. Ultimately we were in those seats for 1 hour and 45 minutes.

The restaurant was nice/clean
The server was friendly. Maybe it just wasn't her day. But the 4 of us left very disappointed with our experience.
