Earls Kitchen + Bar

$28.50 for a very small burger and about 1 tablespoon of sauce for a $4.59 up charge on truffle fries is disappointing. Earl's was better in the past.

4.5 would be a perfect rating if we could do it. Server was outstanding. I don't know her name but she was great.

My friend and I enjoyed a really lovely evening at Earls. Vivienne, the guest experience manager, was so professional and friendly. She was so attentive and provided us with such fantastic service that we felt very welcome and warm. We will be coming back asap

We drove from Tsawwassen to celebrate my wife's special birthday and were notified that Earls was aware. Well, noting. No mention and not even a happy bday. Never again. Earls apologized profusely and were very honest. They took care of the issue and resolved it more than generously. It's nice to see big corporations stand by their image.

We completely disagree with the feedback provided by others, we went in not expecting much. But, we were impressed and satisfied with our experience.

Our server, Sienna (from Tambourine Hill, AU) was fantastic and despite the long wait for our food, she checked in on us and made sure we were well taken care of.

I've always loved Earls, but did find my most recent visit unpleasant due to the wait time for our order, the inconsistent delivery/time delay between the table's meals being served and the lack of value/small portion sizes for the appetizer items we ordered.

Good vibes, service was very good and friendly.  the bibimbap dish was terrible, meat was inedible grisly and fatty. The kung pao noodles were underdone and flavors were not good. 

Had another great experience, came in with a friend for some food and drinks and the service was great. Vinny was really nice and got us some drinks and Vivien one of the managers was great and spent a lot of time talking to us which was lovely. They even gave us a sweet treat at the end of the meal which was a nice touch.

We had a lovely meal at Earls, the prix fixe was delicious and very good portion sizes. Viv was great, so friendly and personable and really added to our experience to make it exceptional. Thanks Viv

I've always loved Earls, but this was hands down the best experience I've ever had!!! The team was so kind while celebrating with my sister and me - especially Vivien, who went above and beyond by writing my sister the sweetest card and checking in just the right amount. Our server was also incredibly kind and genuine, which made the evening even better. We went on a Monday night, and the atmosphere was so calm and welcoming, everyone was smiling and so warm. If you're in Whistler, I highly recommend dining here. This location truly stands out from any other Earls I've been to. Huge thank you to Vivien and the whole team xxx

We enjoyed the dinner, but boys received their meal well before my husband and myself probably about 10 minutes. Server was wonderful; however, the music was quite loud. We would return next time we visit Whistler.

Earls Whistler was fantastic! It was my mum's birthday and they made it so special. First, our server was so genuine and efficient. We really enjoyed his service! The entire team was so thoughtful and intentional. They not only listened to our desire to have the pumpkie dessert come out after dinner, but they also gave us two more desserts with candles!!! and even a card!!! It was so unexpected, and we left feeling really grateful ! My mum was so happy!

I am going to preface this with saying I am a huge Earls fan. I have been to this location many times. Always top notch. This time not so much. We has inattentive service, long waits, and cold food. We also had a birthday in our group which was noted in the reservation as well as at the table and it was not noticed. We waited for sometime for our meals which I'm ok with, but the temperature when they came to the table signaled the the wait was due to the plates sitting on the expo counter not because the cooks were behind. Just an overall really disappointing experience.
