Ecologyst is great! It’s a coffee bar so it’s counter service. Definitely my favourite stop for coffee in the village. Staff are super friendly and really good at developing relationships with regulars. Sim makes a mean latte! I don’t think I’ve ever been disappointed with a coffee I’ve had from there!

4 star espresso - very hard to find. The people here are serious about their coffee, and it shows. Complex aromatic notes and beautiful balanced flavours, with some intense sweetness and acidity - excellent as an espresso and the acidity holds out well in a flat white. Highly recommended.
The coffee is crafted to perfection, the atmosphere is tranquil, the shop is spotless, and the decor is amazing. Additionally, they not only allow my dog inside, but they also provide a bowl of water and an indoor seating area to escape the cold.
