Visited Whistler BC for Christmas 2024 and stopped by El Furniture Warehouse for some snacks. We were happy & satisfied! Ordered the hot wings, beef sandwich dip, poutine and happy hour drinks. Solid Gold!!! Thank you for the hospitality and great welcome!

We waited for 50 minutes when they said 20-30, we can go on and on about how terrible our experience was. The burgers were like bowling alley food, salads were dry, they are very unorganized, they didn’t ask half our group what we wanted to drink, did not give us cutlery, terrible service. The waitresses were chatting and not doing anything half the time. ANY FAST FOOD RESTAURANT WOULD HAVE BETTER FOOD AND SERVICE. Take our advice and don’t waste ur time with this place!!!! There was 7 of us and not one of us can say we had an enjoyable time. NEVER GOING BACK!!!!

Would not recommend. Spent 150$ all together. All food was cold. Fries came out stale and hard as a rock. We expressed our disappointment and were still charged for all the bad food, service was not good.

Pretty good tasting food and variety for $12.95 burgers, pasta, tacos. Burger I had was grilled to a shrunken crisp so not as good as past visits see pic. Poke was pretty good. Poutine was good, not much cheese. Menu's smelled really bad like... Pretty good service.
I finished my service at El Furniture Warehouse last night picking glass out of my teeth. I was at the bottom of my drink and realized throughout the night that I had ingested quite a bit. The original source I'm unsure of, but there was a significant amount sitting at the bottom of my glass. When brought to the attention of the manager, I was met with a surprising defensiveness, reluctance, and conflict under the invite to argue that they had "already comped the one drink". I was urged to pay the rest of the bill, with auto gratuity, after alerting the server of the issue. Which I complied to do out of fear of escalation.
I've now spent the last 30 hours in immense abdominal discomfort and pain. And will continue monitoring whether or not a hospital visit is necessary.
I've worked in the service industry for over a decade and have NEVER seen this level of "Whatever" mentality when regarding such a serious, and severely consequential health risk to a restaurant's guests.
Consider dining elsewhere until changes are made to such concerning reluctance.

We got the beef dip and mushroom burger, and when it arrived it was cold… the crispy onions in the burger were really hard and croutons in the Cesar salad was also very hard and stale. Spend an extra couple dollars and eat somewhere else

Went here with my wife on her birthday trip, and before that for my Stag trip. Whether it's a big rowdy group or just me and her, this place is always a must visit when we go to whistler. They have great food at the best prices in the village, friendly staff, and always pick the best music. It's usually at least a little packed and a little loud with great vibes. If you're looking for somewhere fun to tuck into on the Villiage Stroll or need to pick a spot for a planned trip, I couldn't reccomend this place more.
