Excellent food, excellent service and beautiful location.
Thank you to Ava for great service, and truly everyone was great!
Topher was awesome. Friendly and hospitable. He was able to anticipate our needs and made us feel so welcome.
Home run service
Give Topher a raise. Thanks for making a bday great. Also, the bevvies at the hot tub were solid, shout out to Thyme for having the voice of an Angel and the blending skills of a master chef.
Yes, would visit again.
The stay was fantastic from the room and view to all the staff that were very hospitable. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received from the spa to the restaurant.
Beautiful first class hotel with world class service. Fairmount Chateau Whistler located at the base of Blackcomb lifts is the perfect location with easy access to ski runs and the village. You can walk to the village or use the free shuttle service to get around. Hotel has excellent pool, 2 outdoor hot tubs, lap pool and gym. Lockerroom has wet and dry sauna. Access via 3rd floor and avoid walking through the lobby in your robe. Super friendly professional service at each restaurant and bar. Highly recommend!
Ava was our server in the Wildflower this morning. She was fantastic! It is our first time in Whistler and she gave us some great information about the property and recommended we come back for ski season. She was so knowledgeable about the area and allowed us to ask lots of questions about the wintertime here because we love to ski. She was so friendly and cheerful.
Attention to detail and quick response to remedy a concern.
Would definitely recommend this place.
The soundproofing is poor, and I could hear loud conversations in the hallway after 12 a.m. The walls are made of cardboard.
2. Parking is paid and expensive
3. There is no kitchen in the room, and no bathtub, only a shower
4. Breakfast is not included in the price
5. Location is far from the center

Bar only review
Usually a terrific place - but tonight not great. For those who follow me you like my simple take
Weak cocktail, slow service and almost no seating
$90 for two drinks - so my expectations are high
Consistency is the key to five stars
I frequently come here during the winter and I have to say I have no complaints. Atmosphere is great.
First stay in Whistler & it won’t be the last! Fabulous service from the staff, especially AJ at the front desk who helped us plan the perfect trip when we arrived.
Beautiful location- incredible staff (especially Emilie from the Wildflower restaurant- what an incredible ambassador for the hotel and a burst of positive first thing in the morning!)
Amazing hotel, highly recommend! The staff were incredible and made the experience a 5 Star Experience!
