Cute place but otherwise I wouldn’t go out of your way… we had the chilli - tasted ok but was essentially a bowl of soup. Soup - very salty although thicker than the chilli! Sandwich - also very salty. I don’t think anything is made in house. Coffee is decent. Juice costs $10 a bottle. $75 for the pleasure! Staff are friendly although the whole place has a really sleepy vibe.

We had a fondue dinner at French'eese. Fantastic Food and wine, wonderful setting. The Chef Michael and his crew were friendly, attentive and inviting. Our favorite meal in Whistler.

Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. The food quality is still good — the coffee and baked items remain solid — but the service really let the experience down.

The staff came across as unfriendly and disengaged, with very little smiling or effort to interact with customers. On multiple visits, the same type of service repeated itself, which made it feel more like a European or Australian café culture, where staff engagement with customers is minimal — very different from the warm, service-oriented experience usually expected in Canada.

One moment stood out in particular: I ordered a sandwich that was warmed up, yet it was left sitting on the counter while three staff members chatted, despite there being very few customers in the café. I was seated just a meter away, wearing headphones and working on my computer. Instead of bringing it over, it was left to get cold — which was especially disappointing after tipping.

Overall, the products are good, but the lack of friendliness, attentiveness, and basic service made the experience frustrating.

The barista Natalia was a nightmare. Left a bad taste in my mouth about this place.

I catch her eye and tell her nicely I am just looking before I order. I step out of the way. I approach the counter to order and she is already giving me a scuff look. I then proceed to ask if the turkey club comes with sides.

Instead of just saying no, she scoffs “it’s a sandwich”. I ask again, does it comes with sides. A second answer, even more furious “it’s a sandwich. Like this one right here” as she rudely points to the display.

Many cafes serve sides with their sandwiches. There was no need for the moody, rude communication to a customer. Fix Cafe should consider terminating Natalia to maintain positive customer experience and business. Personality is everything

I went and ordered two coffees after from a staff member named Nikita and she was absolutely lovely. This place is good it’s just the cancer that needs to be cu

It’s been a few years since I visited Fix Cafe, I remember being very impressed with breakfast sandwich. I considered it the “best ever”. I visited Fix today and sadly things have changed. The once glorious breakfast sandwich with scrambles has been replaced with soggy nuked bun, pre-fab yellow hockey puck, smeared with a cold other goo. Real processed cheese I presume. Very disappointed! ☹️

Made a trip to this cafe on the last day of my trip to Whistler. Nested in the Nita Logde by the lake, the vibe of this cafe was serene. Their choco chip cookie was the largest cookie I have ever had in my life and it paired deliciously with the strong flavor of the latte.

Amazing staff! Love the coffee. The nita muffin has unfortunately gone down hill though. It used to have a generous amount of scrambled eggs and nice quality bacon and cheese. I was claiming best breaky sandwich in Whistler! Now it tastes very processed and below average. It went from a 10 to a 3. Still will come back for the coffee and the wonderful staff! Really just hoping that this review helps them want to make the muffin good again!.

Good coffee but no good breakfast options, mainly just pasties and cookies. Their breakfast wraps are just okay - do not recommend. They also get very busy and rush through your order and end up making mistakes. We asked for cappuccino single shot and the girl at the till ended up charging us extra money for an extra shot! The service is not the best either, for such a wonderful location, I'd expect better food and service.

One of the best gluten free scones I have ever had! A great selection of allergy friendly baked goods with impeccable service. The latte was also excellent.

Great coffee, good service! But do people know about the chocolate ganache bar that they make…? I’m tempted to gatekeep it because it is INSANE. I don’t live in Whistler but I’ve asked a coworker to bring me five. Pleaseee keep making these. (But save some in the back for me.)

Made a special trip to this Café, just to have their Nita Breakfast Muffin. I must say that it's by far the best I have ever had.
This rustic style Cafe is cozy, in a wonderful location, surrounded by the mountains of Whistler BC.
The service is very good, with a great selection of breakfast goodies to go along with their excellent variety of coffees. Only a few minutes drive away from the ski slopes. It's a little small capacity wise with limited seating indoors. There is, however, additional seating outdoors if needed.
Jacquie and I highly recommend this cute, Café.
Also, the Nita Lake Lodge has accommodations available for travelers seeking a lodge style resort stay. Review of the Lodge to come in the near future.
