Grill & Vine Whistler offers a mixed experience. While service can be slow, staff are lovely and attentive. Guests have recently praised the fantastic buffet and the Thursday night family BBQ, highlighting top-notch service. The food quality varies, with some dishes reported as overpriced, but many guests have enjoyed good food and the variety on the menu. The Braised beef and mash potatoes, 6oz steak, Buddha bowl, hamburger, and salmon are all delicious and fantastic. The recommended dessert, a whipped lighter-than-expected cheesecake, was just right. The atmosphere is terrific, featuring a nice restaurant layout with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating areas, including booths. The elegant environment provides beautiful views of the surrounding mountains from the back patio, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.
