We had some spare time and stumbled upon this little bakery on our way to the tubing park. Wow, so glad we stopped! We had the Canada bacon waffle, the NSB crepe, the Tex-Mex crepe, the ham croissant, and a plain croissant. The croissants were delicious, the crepes were fabulous & the waffle was awesome! Felt very authentic and a special effort in providing quality quick service food. Not a big issue but limited seating and sitting outside made our food cold a little...
The staff were really nice but my ‘have here’ tea was served in a plastic cup. Like a regular plastic cup. The kind of ones that have at bars for water. Pretty sure you are not supposed to put boiling water in those. I asked one of the staff if they always serve tea that way and he said yes and acknowledged that it was kind of a problem, and was very sweet about it. Then he made me another tea in a to-go cup. So yeah 5 stars on the staff 1 star on the weird micro plastic consumption.
The crepes were amazing, fresh, hot and yummy. The atmosphere and design of the restaurant is a bit odd but we went for the food. As you can see the crepes look great. Service was fast and friendly. Will be back.
