The food and atmosphere here are absolutely fantastic! We ordered the beef burger and the pulled pork burger, both of which were packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. The side of crispy potatoes was an absolute delight—golden, crunchy, and irresistibly delicious. Highly recommend!

My cousins got the salmon pesto bowl and it basically just a bunch of arugula with salmon. It did not taste good. I had the Pemberton bowl and it was basically the same thing. Just a bunch of greens and very little chickpeas. Overall the food is not worth the price and on top of that you need to walk up and order. The server was friendly initially and asked us how the food was before we could start eating it, then stopped talking to us once he realized we didn’t like the food.

I've eaten here 4 or 5 times. Always very good but never perfect. This last time I came in a party of two. We had the Brisket, Fish and "chips", the corn bread, poutine and one or two other starters and sides. The Brisket sandwich is awesome, I've only had better in Texas or Louisiana. The Fish (Cod this time) was exceptional. The cornbread was also great.
Then there was the "poutine". Suffice it to say that this interpretation of a classic Canadian/New England dish was an epic fail. Each time I eat here there always seems to one sandwich, one dish or one beer that does not live up to the rest of the cuisine. Unfortunate. By and large the food here is excellent.
No need to go any further as I do genuinely like this place and really appreciate the staff who are all lovely.

It's a beautiful restaurant, open and airy, with lots of big windows. The server who took our order at the counter was super friendly and helpful. The food came quickly. My companions had eggs Benny and one had the chicken and waffles, which was beautifully plated. After the food was delivered, no one checked on us. There is self-serve coffee for refills. I took one star off for service for that reason - it's more of a fast food style service, not a full-service restaurant. My lemon avocado toast was delish; one friend shared a piece of chicken from the chicken and waffles and that was amazing.
Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant itself is wheelchair accessible. There is plenty of room to navigate and there are lots of tables with chairs that can be moved. I did not use the washroom, tho.

Really enjoyed Hunter Gather! This is my 2nd time here, first time for dinner. Their food is all local to BC or made in house. The staff are all super attentive and kind. We felt super welcomed even though we were the only group eating outside on the patio with our dog. They turned on the heater for us. The grants platter for 2 filled up the 4 of us and the food within the platter was all delicious. They even have housemade ketchup and bbq sauce! I would pass on the salmon chowder next time. Their pulled pork is delicious! Highly recommend checking this place out if you are in Whistler!

Nous sommes arrivés entre 2 plages horaires, le restaurant était donc calme. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli mais en toute simplicité. La nourriture était goûteuse (le sourdough était parfait!), de bons produits locaux, une belle offre sans prétention. Le concept de la commande au comptoir amène une belle dynamique pour un départ facile et sans fla-fla. Je recommande!
