Super dirty eating areas and even ruder staff. Staff seemed way more interested in mobile devices than they were in helping customers, considered eating in but takeout was definitely the option. Rudest staff I’ve ever come across, overall super frustrating experience.

Worst experience ever we were literally running to the store and we called them up ahead asking are you guys still open? they said yes, it is open till 1am, and we were there at 12:50am when we entered the spot, the guys working there denied us food said we are closed and they just wanted to close early and they did started cleaning up and stuff early and denied us food and were being so rude to us like literally fighting and when asking for their names they denied to even give their names.

It was really bad to not get served when we rushed ourselves all the way there. We requested the staff to make us a meal even though we arrived 20 minutes before closing time, however, we were refused. We were also refused to know the name of the staff (he was wearing a black nike hoodie) which was very disappointing! Kfc needs to work on their closing time schedule’s!

Walked in at 12:50am. Before i mention anything google says the store closes at 1am. We were told the store is closed, at 12:50am. Came all the way from Vancouver, decided to get KFC for the end of the night was really excited but were told they want to go home just because it was slow literally 2days after NYE. I asled the name of the employees they refused and we were told we won’t tell you.

Last night I went to KFC just before closing, and even though they were almost done for the day, one amazing staff member (a young lady, I forgot her name) went above and beyond to help me. She was incredibly kind, offered me food, and made sure I got the last meal of the night. The food was fresh and delicious!
She truly went beyond her job limits and showed what great customer service looks like. KFC is lucky to have her — she definitely deserves a raise and a promotion. Thank you so much for such a great experience! Just find out her name simran i believe thanks agin

Whistler is a very busy place you think there would be alot of workers but there was only two to three workers, they kept dropping food on the floor so they had to remake it, wasting everyones time. my mom who has to use a cane and cant stand on her feet too long was left with no seat and they served everyone that ordered after us before we even got our order which was only a sandwich and fries.. this place definitely needs improvement or better employment.. canadian employees.
Ordered 10 pc bucket. (Rajan) spoke very nicely and helped me to understand the menu he gave me the best deal possible. Food was amazing too. This kind of customer service and food quality is tremendous. He managed rush very quickly. Great job
