Horrible. Worst KFC ever had.
- food: all meats are very dry. The dark meat are drier than turkey breast, let alone the chicken breast! It must be leftover to be so dry. And the bread is more oily more other ones. - dumped all food. It's a waste of my money.
- service: short of stuff. there was only one Indian girl working on the order and also packing food in the morning until two Indian men arrived. The waiting line is like I'm in Disney land.

Went there today to grab some fried chicken with my friends while at whistler, food was cold and customer service was horrible, even the manager didn’t seem to know any customer service etiquettes, didnt like his service, will not go again.

Worst experience ever with KFC. Worst customer service service cold food, rude staff the cashier navdeep was his name i guess was so rude, didn’t smile at all, was racist towards my friends, looked like as if he didn’t even want to serve us, really disappointed.

The food is way more better last year now the chicken is worst ever
Ive been eating at this KFC since high school and this place used to be a hangout spot for my friends and I. Service, quality of food, and cleanliness has always been pretty good when Jeff was a worker/manager at this KFC. Recently came in and now that it is under new management, it’s a totally new environment. I was greeted with really dirty floors and unwiped tabletops still half empty sauce packets and straw wraps everywhere. The customer service is a crew of the least enthusiastic people. This KFC used to have employees that took pride in what they did. Not to mention that everything in the menu has increased in price by a lot. How can I trust that my food is clean when the place people are supposed to eat isnt?

Upon entering, I was greeted with a lack of warmth and a dismissive attitude. When I had questions about the menu, the employee seemed irritated and hurried, making me feel unwelcome. Additionally, my order was mixed up, and when I tried to address the issue, the response was unhelpful and condescending.
Customer service is crucial in the fast-food industry, and this experience fell short of expectations. I hope management takes steps to address this behavior, as it negatively impacts the overall dining experience. I look forward to a more positive experience in the future.

Ordered 2 ginger sandwiches, we ate within 3-4 minutes of pickup. The taste wasn’t really good and sandwiches were cold.

Worst kfc I’ve ever been to. I ordered around 6:06pm and didn’t receive my order until 6:36 that’s 30 minutes and the wraps I ordered were cold. Only the fries were hot but over cooked.

I visited yesterday and was thoroughly impressed by the friendly and professional staff. While I was waiting for my online order, a customer mistakenly ordered the wrong items. The staff member at the front handled the situation with remarkable professionalism and honored the deal, even though it was a mistake. Such exemplary service truly stood out, and I hope this level of professionalism is maintained across all locations.

Ok, if you’re from the US, these are not the regular items you’re used to, so make sure you ask what the sides are like before ordering, lol. But, rajan was so kind to switch out a few items that were a surprise to us and now we know what we like from Canada KFC and will order correctly next time ?✨
