We had an amazing experience at La Bocca, largely thanks to our waitress Matilda. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we sat down. Matilda knew the menu well, gave great recommendations, and timed everything perfectly without ever rushing us. Her positive energy and professionalism really elevated the entire meal. One of my most favorite places to eat after a long day on the mountain. The staff is amazing, atmosphere is cozy with outdoor seating available with heaters & blankets in the fall/winter months. Do yourself a favor and order the truffle mushroom pizza… it’s simply delicious & the espresso martini will not disappoint…

We ordered the carpaccio no where on the menu did it say pine nuts would be on it. We told our server that someone In our party has a tree nut allergy and she served it to us anyways without any warning. Good thing we caught it before she had some. Other than that, food was good. Strange crowd, drunk loud and obnoxious. Table set up super questionable. Overall poor service pretty good food.

She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, guiding us to the perfect pairings and ensuring every detail of our meal was flawless. It’s rare to find someone who anticipates your needs before you even ask, but Matilda did exactly that with a genuine smile. She truly made our night special!
We had an excellent Christmas morning here with the family, nestled away in the cosy comfort of la bocca. Tim was not just our bartender, but our culinary tour guide through the delectable menu items and cocktails. Despite being busy, Tim recommended and crafted incredible cocktails in a timely manner for us and made it a Christmas to remember! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had the pleasure of visiting La Bocca on Christmas day. Naturally it was very busy but the servers handled it brilliantly while remaining pleasant and attentive. Tim the bartender was especially, good providing excellent drinks and conversation while getting pumped. The pasta was also excellent and came very quickly considering it was busy. It’s clear that the kitchen staff, both present and past are some of the very best in Whistler.
