Usually a great fan. Experience today was terrible. The lady at the till made it quite clear that she felt inconvenienced that I asked for a correction of my order before paying, then I gave a 10% tip (to go) and the lady at the till very visibly rolled her eyes at me then went over to her colleague pointed at the tip and they both giggled and made some audible remarks that don’t merit repeating. I then received the wrong size coffee (smaller than ordered) but decided not to make a fuss.
To make a not great experience actually quite terrible is that, 20 minutes in, the food I ordered still hadn’t shown up, and when I inquired politely they gave me absolutely shitty attitude claiming they had been calling me and I wasn’t there (which is simply not true and correlated by friends who were sitting adjacent the whole time).
Owners - train your staff to not present a completely entitled behaviour and passively aggressive, rude service please. I will be spreading the word about my experience. I would love to hear from you.

Lift Coffee nails the Whistler vibe—cozy, laid-back, and welcoming. The gluten-free banana bread was delicious, and the chai latte was perfectly spiced. A great spot to soak in the mountain town energy!

Coffee was ok. Better than most places in whistler but not the standard of the rest of the world.
I suspect standard of coffee depends on the barista on the day and seasonal staff

Ok. I’ve had just about every iced Mocha in Whistler. It’s not even close. Lift is the best. Great team. Super friendly. Great location. Officially my favorite coffee spot in Whistler. And the cookies are amazing. Way better than the “Vail” cookies around the mountain.

Had my morning flat white here while in town for the weekend. Staff was friendly, coffee was good. What more can you ask for?
Great coffee. We enjoyed the breakfast sandwich and overnight oats. We also took some treats we enjoyed up on the mountain.
