I am a regular customer of the Mallard when visiting whistler and the service is always exceptional, the serving staff and bar staff are top tier, I was served by Rogan and Ben on my two visits over this week and greeted by Sean all with smiles and welcoming personalities to make you feel at home.
One of my favourite places to be in Whistler 🤍 The Mallard Lounge is a classic staple you can’t miss. Francis took such great care of us and truly elevated the experience—along with the cozy atmosphere, amazing food, drinks, and live music (one of my favs). We were lucky enough to sit in his section twice, and his kindness and attentiveness made each visit even better.
My server Jo was fabulous, she made incredible suggestions about what to have and what cocktails to try. I also ordered in room dining and had a great short interaction with the server Joe. These two people have made my experience at Fairmont Hotel extremely enjoyable.
