I ordered the “Big Canadian “. It’s lives up to its name. It was huge. Chef Spencer made the combination just right for the palate. The order consisted of bacons,hash brown, baby potatoes, omelet and waffle complete with syrup. I highly recommend it before hitting the slopes. Also Connie and Ire made us feel comfortable which added to the Cosiness of the cafe’s ambience.

We got to Merlin’s to hear our fave band The Hairfarmers, but throughout the night the vibe changed to where a guy decided to stand over us and DUMP HIS DRINKS on us. We reported it to security who obviously was a buddy because when the 2nd guest had the same experience the guy never got removed as he was known to staff. Such a bad taste as we had been there and bought premium drinks and since we got there early had awesome seats. Do better Merlin’s change your security or educate them on who their real customers that want to spend money there, are.

Great food, great portion sizes. Friendly service. Good live music. I love how you order and pay up front so you don't have that awful waste of time at the end of your meal when you just want to pay and leave. Kids were free, and the kids meals could honestly pass as adult meals. Just wish we had gone here first before some of the other overpriced, overrated restaurants.

Definitely, ho hum, the nachos are probably the worst of all the WB outlets.Still an iconic spot to have apres ski drinks on the mountain.
