This restaurant is closed for renovations. However they are still accepting open table reservations and won't message you. Do not book here! Your family will need to wait over an hour to find another restaurant in village without a reservation. Avoid! Will cause waste of time and hunger.
Gave lowest score is because the restaurant was completely closed for renovations. How come it still shows availability to book?
Took over 45 minutes to have a waiter acknowledge me & take my order - then another 30 minutes to GET my food! We've been patrons for many years and it sad to see such decline & carelessness from staff including manager!
We experienced a full failure of the service team. The kitchen made an error, the server failed to correct it, management failed to address it. Hard to have a good meal when one person in your group never gets their food. Edit: management pretended to reply (below) but their offer to correspond by email was as empty as their service, and I have received zero correspondence in reply.
Large menu with many great options. Everyone was satisfied with their choices! Would definitely go back.
We stopped for an appetizer mid-day during our skiing adventure and enjoyed it so much we came back for dinner. Both times the waitresses were attentive and friendly. The food was delicious and the fireplace set the mood.

The food and drinks were fantastic but the service was what stood out to me. Michaela was absolutely amazing. Her kindness, efficiency and overall lovely energy made the experience for me. Genuinely the best server I’ve ever had, will be coming back specifically for her. We live for you Michaela<3!

Convenient and delicious lunch break for skiers. Not part of the Blackcomb resort, so will not accept payment with your lift ticket card, but they do accepted Apple Pay.

Expected more from this well loved restaurant chain!
I always recommend Milestones as the food is pretty decent, our children’s pasta was very cold when it came out, we thought it hadn’t been heated up at all, we made the children eat it as we didn’t want to wait another long period of time! I didn’t think that it was that busy for the service to be so slow… it’s Whistler be prepared for crowds to turn up at anytime! I am sure they are aware for the 500 people attending a conference in the Fairmont! The food came out at different times and one of our party didn’t get their order until we asked and the waiter kept saying 2 mins, then, 2 mins, then 8 mins later, it won’t be a minute! Our guest cancelled her order as she had nibbled everyone else’s food waiting for her own! They did give us the food in the end and didn’t charge her for it but it was not good as we were leaving for the slopes!
Not sure I would waste my time here again when there are so many great restaurants to choose from in Whistler!
