Tonight was my first time going after years of living in Whistler and me and my friends wanted to give it a try and it didn’t disappoint!! The place is lovely, the food was great and we had Austin as a server and he was a star! Super nice and great service.
I’ll definitely come back as their deals are unbeatable! 100% recommend!

Don’t waste your time… slow service, cold food and average atmosphere.

Nachos were not hot and lacked cheese.
The renovations are visually impressive, but the flooring is dangerously slippery and inappropriate for a mountainside restaurant.
Both of our children slipped on the floor. My daughter bruised her tailbone and was unable to ski today as a direct result. This occurred while wearing ski boots—footwear that should be fully anticipated and accommodated in a Whistler mountain venue.
A location of this nature should prioritize safety alongside aesthetics. The flooring choice represents a serious oversight and creates an avoidable risk for guests, particularly families. This should be addressed before someone is more seriously injured.

My girlfriend and I ordered a chicken pasta and a steak. The food took a long time to arrive, and we believe the pasta was prepared earlier, as it was cold when served. The steak was too thick, so the seasoning didn’t penetrate the meat properly.

Came in today with my family. And food and service was great
Georgia helped us out a lot. We had a few allergies and she was very attentive made sure that everything was good by checking in the kitchen. Very family friendly will definitely be back again when we come back for our next holiday!!

Decent food - service was a bit lacking, you could tell they were training new servers
Food was terrible. After waiting 30 minutes, our burgers were cold. Fries were also cold with a cardboard texture. My wife’s salad had hardly any dressing. My son’s ramen was just a water broth. Poutine, was ok. The only saving grace was our server who was kind and attentive.

It was very nice, we got there 25mins late for our reservation but they were still ok with it, the staff were also really kind and when my child spilt his milk the staff were very chill about it, and they gave us a free CHEESECAKE!

This restaurant used to be not bad being at the base of Blackcomb. After its recent renovation there are no interior seats or booths that are near the windows with the amazing mountain views. Instead management put the bar in front of the view windows so staff have their backs to the view as well. The place smells like grease from the kitchen which is interesting that the reno did not include a ventilation upgrade. Pair this amazing experience with top 40 1990s loud music and voila this is something most of us can pass on. We were going to order food but had to leave.....and no water with our martinis??!! Did I mention the black cloth serviettes with a lovely layer of dust and visible fiber on them? Who chooses black for a serviette color that you can't even bleach or disinfect ? Was really gross to see dust and skin flakes on them. When we went it was raining with no covers over the exterior patio seating, so if you did want to see the mountains you had to sit in the cold and wet since no covers and no exterior heaters were on. This is a ski village restaurant?!!

Milestones Whistler Village – Worst dining experience ever
Awful service from start to finish.
The restaurant wasn’t even busy, yet everything took forever. All our food came out cold, had to send it back twice. Server kept forgetting our drinks (we had to remind him multiple times).
The manager came over and clearly had no idea what he was doing; Just felt awkward, Cook came out and apologized, advised they were taking care of our meal....Manager comes back with our bill...Easily the worst restaurant experience we’ve ever had in Whistler and at any Milestones establishment. Avoid this place unless you enjoy waiting for mediocre food and garbage service.

The best in Whistler & Blackcomb! Everyone loved their meals, especially the spicy chicken ramen and apple cobbler. Happy hour margaritas were awesome. Great vibe and staff 😊

This restaurant is closed for renovations. However they are still accepting open table reservations and won't message you. Do not book here! Your family will need to wait over an hour to find another restaurant in village without a reservation. Avoid! Will cause waste of time and hunger.
