Took over 45 minutes to have a waiter acknowledge me & take my order - then another 30 minutes to GET my food! We've been patrons for many years and it sad to see such decline & carelessness from staff including manager!

We experienced a full failure of the service team. The kitchen made an error, the server failed to correct it, management failed to address it. Hard to have a good meal when one person in your group never gets their food. Edit: management pretended to reply (below) but their offer to correspond by email was as empty as their service, and I have received zero correspondence in reply.

Had a great meal at Milestones Grill. The food was excellent, well-priced, and offered plenty of options to suit all tastes. Everything was fresh and flavourful, and the portions were generous. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was friendly and efficient. A great spot for a delicious and enjoyable meal!

I can’t comment on the food as we didn’t get that far. We had a cold and wet morning on the slopes and were looking forward to some hot food. The two waitresses working are at best, treated us as an inconvenience, at worst just rude. By far the worst attitude / almost service we have encountered in
Many of the table corners here are hazardous. I sat down to eat and ripped my pants on these jagged edges. The manager was extremely rude when informed.

Food was amazing. Everything we ordered was hot and tasted amazing. Our service is the only reason for the 4 star review. Didn’t clear our appetizer plates and came way too late to check if we were doing okay with our main course. Server was very nice but he just seemed to be a little slow. Not sure how busy he was with other tables but it is a really minor issue and me and my family really enjoyed our meals.

Food was ok. One person got a cold burger, one got the wrong item. But they did work to replace them quickly. The drinks were all exceptionally mediocre. Overall I guess sort of what you expect from milestones. Everything was fine, not amazing. Not bad.
