Hannah, our waitress, was a delight. The food was delicious and the cookie and ice cream desserts was a real treat!
The newly remodeled Milestones Bar and Grill is wonderfully designed and is very pleasant to dine in. The huge bar has five tv screens and makes it a great place to watch a game in. Our service was excellent. Canadian merlot from the happy hour menu as well an Italian wine from the regular menu were both very good. The happy hour menu had a variety of types of foods to offer. We shared the 1889 burger, chicken wings, and a chicken taco. The burger and fries was very good. The fries were crisp and tasty and the burger had bacon and lots of goodies on it! We chose to have our chicken wings, just with salt and pepper, and it had an aïoli sauce to dip in. I thought the wings needed a little more seasonings of some sort. The chicken taco was really pretty tasteless. The ingredients were good, but it needed a better sauce to liven it up. The food prices were reasonable for an on mountain restaurant. We will be back on our next trip for another visit to Milestones.
Service is top-notch, and we will be returning. We had the blackened chicken alfredo and it was delicious 😋. Highly recommend this spot 👌.
Kelli-ann took excellent care of us! She was attentive, kind and knowledgeable. She made our experience so much better and I look forward to returning again.
Tonight was my first time going after years of living in Whistler and me and my friends wanted to give it a try and it didn’t disappoint!! The place is lovely, the food was great and we had Austin as a server and he was a star! Super nice and great service.
I’ll definitely come back as their deals are unbeatable! 100% recommend!

Don’t waste your time… slow service, cold food and average atmosphere.

Nachos were not hot and lacked cheese.
The renovations are visually impressive, but the flooring is dangerously slippery and inappropriate for a mountainside restaurant.
Both of our children slipped on the floor. My daughter bruised her tailbone and was unable to ski today as a direct result. This occurred while wearing ski boots—footwear that should be fully anticipated and accommodated in a Whistler mountain venue.
A location of this nature should prioritize safety alongside aesthetics. The flooring choice represents a serious oversight and creates an avoidable risk for guests, particularly families. This should be addressed before someone is more seriously injured.

El servicio es muy malo.... Los meseros sentados, platicando entre ellos si atender a los comensales.
Very uplifting music with very good staff and great food with great seasonings and very well cooked and I want to shout out to the chef and very good mocktail

My girlfriend and I ordered a chicken pasta and a steak. The food took a long time to arrive, and we believe the pasta was prepared earlier, as it was cold when served. The steak was too thick, so the seasoning didn’t penetrate the meat properly.

The new decor in Milestones is fantastic - really looks great since the refurb, but the staff are totally out of their depth. We tried it twice last week. The first time we had no reservation, but were asked to stand to one side while they found a table for us. Several people came in after us and were told to give their names as there would be a wait of up to an hour for a table. We waited a further 15 mins and were eventually told by the manager (who seemed to know far less about what was going on in the restaurant than the rest of her staff) that we would need to put our name on the waitlist and would be at least an hour and a half for our table. I wouldn't mind if they had told us that when we first asked but to ask us to wait and then offer to add us to a waitlist that had only got longer since we'd waited like they asked us to was crazy! We decided not to stay, but to make a reservation for yesterday and to try again. On the second try, we were shown to our table straight away. It took 20 mins for someone to take our drinks and food order and we then waited a further 35 mins for our food to arrive. We had chased a couple of times (as we were leaving for the airport and so didn't have the luxury of an extended lunchtime) and we were told that the food would be coming “soon”. When it eventually arrived the food was at best “tepid” - it had clearly been sitting there for some time before being served to us. So our experience was really bad. The place has so much potential - great decor, good menu - food was of good quality but needed to be warm! The issue is the staff, and particularly the management (or lack thereof). The waiters and waitresses were very pleasant but just don't seem to have been trained or given any direction. Fingers crossed it gets better once they've ironed out stretching issues as I understand it's only been open for a few weeks since the long refurbishment.
This was the best dinner we had in Whistler. Our server (Olly) was so attentive and friendly. The appetizers, dinner and desserts were all spectacular. It was New Years Eve and everything was perfect. We were not rushed and the food was prepared quickly and was delicious. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.
The absolute WORST service! Almost 2 hours to get a few cheeseburgers and kids meals. Food came out cold and had to send back. Place was empty. They were very under staffed and this was peak New Years week. Waitress didn't even look at us or come around.
