Terrible service. Sat us and 35mins later still never had a serve come and get us drinks or food. Two servers kept walking by us over the 35mins and would not even look at us for the ability to kindly ask for assistance. When I went to ask for a manager nobody there cared.

Everything was great. Appetizers were large and tasty, main courses were great, service was friendly. Dont listen to any reviews saying the food was bad, they’re too bougie.

Shockingly bad service. Waited 15 minutes to be seated despite plenty of tables available. Hostess had a chip on her shoulder, was cold and standoffish. Once seated waited another 20 minutes to order a drink, very simple order of Calamari and 2 drinks. Food came before drinks, after asking where the drinks were that we ordered over 30 minutes ago, server told us the machine was broken so drinks weren’t coming. Food was tasty but now gone cold while waiting for drinks. Then ordered some beers which took ages to come. Then tried to pay and server messed up the bill then hid for another 15 minutes finally paid after over an hour for 2 drinks and one starter. Shockingly bad inattentive service place seems very poorly run, servers and managers flapping about not communicating. Need to retrain staff on what ‘hospitality’ means. Disappointing experience not inclined to come back.

Service was poor. We seemed to be invisible on multiple occasions throughout our visit right from the start and it was not at all busy. Food was good...not great...just good. Unlikely I would go back to this location.

Nice dinner option at base of Blackcomb. Broad menu with interesting touches on all of our dishes. Has music playing moderately loudly and TVs with sports positioned around the room.

Ok food, cocktails pretty ordinary, let down was the service. The place was half empty but we were still waiting over 25 minutes to order food. Our appetiser did not appear at all. Would not recommend.

Ordered wagyu burger on DoorDash and got food poisoning the next day. Almost had to visit urgent care centre due to dehydration.

Slow. So slow. Why is this so slow when we have to get back to the slopes? They should blow it all up and make it self service , expand the bar and make it open to the outside and take advantage of the great location which is wasted with a milestones here. Food is meh and expensive which would be ok if it wasn’t so slow.

The food exceeded our expectations. You should try the scallops and shrimp scampi or the chicken sandwich. Even their Caesar salad was incredible. The only issue is the service, although very nice, was a little spacey. I asked for the bill and a Takeaway box about four times before I just went to get it myself. Overall I was pleasantly surprised how good the food was
