My husband and I are huge gin fans and we were so excited when we stumbled upon Montis Distilling. We decided to create our own gin and booked the consultation to pick our botanicals. This is such a unique and fun process. You get to sample various gins that have already been created, as well as smell various botanicals to create the perfect mix. The manager Dani was leading our tour and she was so knowledgeable and fun. She definitely helped us find the perfect flavors for our palate. We cannot wait to try our customized gin!
If you’re looking for a fun and unique experience, this is your place! Even if you aren’t an avid gin person, I’m confident you’d enjoy this tour! The distillery has really great gin too if you didn’t want to customize one. They also have adorable shirts and beanies (toques) for purchase.

Me and my boyfriend recently attended a distillery tour at Montis and we were so happy with the whole experience. Dylan taught us some incredible knowledge he has on the distillery process, not only was he informative but was inspiring and friendly. To top it off, all the tasting menu was delicious, would definitely recommend to anyone that enjoys good alcohol! Great venue and location.

I walked in just window shopping and was invited to a free vodka and whiskey tasting, so I did with my friend. I enjoyed learning their craftsmanship and dedication for quality products, and innovation using red sparkles. I bought one of their limited edition whiskey. Very knowledgeable staff and beautiful little shop.

Popped by on Saturday afternoon by chance while my wife was looking at pillows at a different shop.Tried three gins and a vodka.Came home with two gins and a vodka.Friendly and knowledgeable staff member manning the store solo and I award added points for asking about my camera.All three bottles are great sippers.I like spirits neat and they all impressed me enough to purchase.Sipping their vodka now and not complaining.

Myself and a small group of friends came by to do the tour with Dylan on the weekend. I wanted to make sure I took the time to write a review due to excellent experience we had. Dylan was incredible, the spirits were great and the value was amazing! Even if you don’t like alcohol the knowledge and Dylan’s personality were worth every penny.We will definitely be organizing ourselves to come do the custom gin program.

This place has a comfy area up stairs for drink tasting tour that's perfect for your work groups & family & friends with nice atmosphere to drink and relax and chat . The sales & marketing DYLAN hosted a amazing distillery tour very informative . We enjoyed our time here . They got wonderful drinks here to taste and buy ? here and gift shop of merchandise . Parking lot out front and inside washroom . Wonderful staff here .

Ordered a custom gin from Montis and it was totally worth it! The spirits they have are some of the best I've ever tried and well worth the price. If only they could ship to the USA. A must visit if you enjoy or collect spirits. Whiskeys coming this summer (Canada requires whiskey to be aged for at least 3 years before it can be sold as such, and Montis opened right before COVID in 2020). The first barrels are already sold but more coming soon.Charlotte and Dylan are amazing! Thank you both for an awesome experience!
