We were fortunate to stumble upon Montis Distillery’s tent at the Whistler Farmers’ Market while on vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed our tastings and discussing all things chemistry with distiller Charlotte! 🤓We carefully wrapped our bottle of their Alpine Gin into our luggage for the flight home to the states. A small group of friends booked a tour and tasting of Montis Distilling in Whistler, BC Canada. Our tasting host, Dani, was delightful, informative, articulate, and amusing. We learned somethings, we enjoyed testing our pallets, and we walked out with a couple of bottles to take home. I highly recommend checking out the only distillery in Whistler - whether you are a local or a visitor!
Such an amazing tour of Montis! Danielle presented the full distillery process with a fun attitude and the tasting lounge was fantastic. We walked away with two bottles - Cloud 9 gin and the Winter Spirit.
