They completely forgot my order. I waited about 30 minutes, while six people who ordered after me got their ramen first.
I finally asked the staff if they missed my order, and my ramen came out within two minutes.
Pretty frustrating experience. If I hadn’t asked, I honestly don’t know how much longer I would’ve waited.

If you’ve ever had real ramen, this is not the place for you. The food is average at best: lukewarm ramen, flat and overly salty broth, fatty pork, and rubbery noodles — all at high prices. Only consider it if every other ramen spot is closed or you’re very hungry, as it’s not the easiest bowl to get through. While it’s not terrible, this isn’t a ramen experience that stands out or leaves a lasting impression.

I’m extremely disappointed with the creamy vegan ramen here. The soup was plain, watery and completely lacked flavor. Honestly, it was almost inedible... This place used to be amazing, but now it’s a shadow of its former self. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it at all.
They went down the drain since they've opposed.
Not good, not tasty, small.
Not anymore.
My family and I tried Ohyama after a snowy day. The food was amazing, and the service was great. While it was a bit overpriced, the quality definitely made up for it

It was raining when we came here and it was very satisfying. Food took a fair bit of time or maybe we were just so hungry but everything was pretty good. It was not super busy when we visited but we found simple requests like water, chili, etc, took a fair bit of time. Highly suggest get all your requests together and ask for it all at once.
Overall, good place.

A busy small ramen shop near the convention centre. There is a Japanese supermarket right next to it. Standard ramen and soup base. Chicken kaarage is on the juicy side. Gyoza at par.

Great place to get some ramen at a good price. They do have a broth and Gluten free noodles option. The japanese market is right next door which holds some nice items as well.

Looks authentic Japanese from interior. food pretty average - broth lacks any richness as compared to Danbo or anywhere i’ve eaten in japan. Service needs a lot more work. They forget to take order; then forget to get your order. Not once ask for “is everything alright?!”
Hence, this rating. And forgot to add very very oily gyoza (picture attached for ref.)

Restaurantji Recommends
Cost almost $23 after tip and tax; flavor was 1/5 but chili oil salvaged it and brought the ramen to a 2/5 stars compared to Vancouver standards. Wouldn't recommend unless you were starving, to be quite honest.
Nice ramen.

Nice atmosphere. Slow service, like warm soup and noodles. Mine was under seasoned and hers was very salty. Slow service. Very fatty pork, 90% fat.
