We spent 180 dollars and they put cumpolsary 30plus dollars on the tip. That’s too much. Never again!

Fresh ingredients. Delicious food, but should have added a lot of spice, being I'm use to that from Cajun country.

Food was mediocre. I ordered the extra meat, and for the $5 extra you spend, you get paper thin bacon cuts of pork belly. The lady was supper friendly. The male server on the other hand, I asked specifically about the Otama egg and if it was served on the side in another bowl as opposed to being mixed in the soup, similar to "onsen eggs" which he confirmed. It ended up not being the case. Also, he brought us the wrong order at first, meant for another table. The waitress seemed lost and unaware of how the dishes are served. Would not recommend. Another place we visited was "Barn Nork Aharn Thai" which I would recommend if you are looking for a place to eat in the area.

Delicious, warming ramen for a cold night.

The miso big mountain ramen + egg hit the spot, very filling and generous with ingredients. We liked the deal of pork gyoza (or brussel sprouts or spring roll) + asahi for $12 if you've ordered ramen, a $4 saving.

Conveniently situated right next to the Japanese grocery shop, I quickly popped into Fuji Market and did my grocery shop while my food was being made.

The ramen was good. I got what my server recommended. Miso Big Mountain with an egg, he likes it with spice and I requested it mild. It was tasty but not as amazing as some other ramen places I’ve tried. The brussel sprouts were phenomenal. Service was great, Cameron was excellent and let us use two tables because we couldn’t fit in the tiny booths. All in all a great experience.

Savoury! I'd come here again for sure. It's a good place to eat ramen. Loved the deep fried brussel sprouts. It has a different approach compared to the ones I have tried. I was really hungry here so I was not able to take photos of our ramen!

Ramen was so good we went twice during our stay. It’s a basic menu so don’t expect a bunch of fancy different bowls, but all the classic ones are of course on the menu. Only minor setback would be the closing time, slightly on the early side.

Got the curry ramen. The flavour of the soup was weak. Cuts of BBQ pork was lean and mostly fat. Probably one of the most disappointing bowls of ramen I've had.

Service was fine though.

Stepping into Ohyama Ramen feels like entering a different world—a vibrant, stylized ramen joint where the atmosphere is as warm and inviting as the broth they serve. As a vegan and someone with a gluten intolerance, dining out can sometimes feel like navigating a minefield. But here? They’ve mastered the art of inclusivity without making it seem like an effort. The menu features two vegan broth options: a rich, creamy vegan vegetable-based one that’s perfect for comfort food cravings, and a garlic miso broth with a delicate umami kick. Both are packed with flavour, loaded with fresh toppings like charred corn, bok choy, and perfectly marinated tofu. For gluten-free diners, the dedicated celiac station ensures no cross-contamination, and the staff were genuinely happy to help. Their casual and friendly demeanor stood out—they didn’t just take my dietary restrictions in stride; they made thoughtful recommendations for a vegan and gluten-free combo that felt indulgent rather than limiting. No eye-rolls, no hesitations—just smiles and solutions. And the restaurant itself? It’s a feast for the eyes. Bold, colorful décor meets cozy ramen bar vibes. Every detail, from the custom chopstick holders to the quirky posters, fake sky ceiling, enhances the experience, making it a fun and relaxed place to enjoy a meal. Ohyama Ramen is proof that allergy-aware, vegan-friendly dining doesn’t have to sacrifice flavor or fun. Whether you’re a ramen purist or just curious, this spot delivers a bowl of joy every time.
