Food was mediocre. I ordered the extra meat, and for the $5 extra you spend, you get paper thin bacon cuts of pork belly. The lady was supper friendly. The male server on the other hand, I asked specifically about the Otama egg and if it was served on the side in another bowl as opposed to being mixed in the soup, similar to "onsen eggs" which he confirmed. It ended up not being the case. Also, he brought us the wrong order at first, meant for another table. The waitress...
Delicious, warming ramen for a cold night.
The miso big mountain ramen + egg hit the spot, very filling and generous with ingredients. We liked the deal of pork gyoza (or brussel sprouts or spring roll) + asahi for $12 if you've ordered ramen, a $4 saving.
Conveniently situated right next to the Japanese grocery shop, I quickly popped into Fuji Market and did my grocery shop while my food was being made.

The ramen was good. I got what my server recommended. Miso Big Mountain with an egg, he likes it with spice and I requested it mild. It was tasty but not as amazing as some other ramen places I’ve tried. The brussel sprouts were phenomenal. Service was great, Cameron was excellent and let us use two tables because we couldn’t fit in the tiny booths. All in all a great experience.
