My recommendation for anyone who visits Whistler. Entrees always taste amazing. I've really never had such incredible tasting dishes! Service is always superb. Always worth the resos and prices since we are mostly cook-at-home people. If we decide to dine out, we'll do it right and splurge a little :) Thank you RimRock Cafe.

We had not been to the Rimrock in years, and had the chance to return recently. The experience was everything I remembered and expected. Seamless from start to finish. We are taken care up by Sarah, and she made us feel like we were her only concern, despite clearly having a busy evening. Food and service were flawless.

We were really disappointed with our meal. Several dishes were either over-salted or under-seasoned, and one meat came out cooked incorrectly, when we sent it back, it still wasn't right. For a $350 bill (with only one glass of wine), we left hungry and felt the value just wasn't there. We didn't complain beyond sending one dish back, so I understand the kitchen didn't have a chance to fix everything, but in my opinion, attentive service means noticing when plates are mostly left untouched and asking questions. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. Overall, the experience did not match the price point.

Every time we go to Whistler, The Rimrock Cafe is always on our list. They never disappoint from the amazing salads to the exquisite seafood, oysters, rack of lamb etc there is nothing on the menu that is not deserving of being raved about. The service is impeccable. Thanks for a wonderful evening to everyone at Rimrock. See you next time.

Service was outstanding, and our mains were perfectly cooked. Reminded us Rimrock, is our favourite restaurant in Whistler.

Overall pretty disappointing experience. The food wasn't nearly as good as I had remembered. Salmon had no flavor expect overly fishy. Not fresh. Lobster bisque was runny and one dimensional. Everything felt very rudimentary. No imagination, nothing fresh or special. For the prices we paid I expected more. There are better places to go in Whistler. We were celebrating two birthdays and they weren't acknowledged by wait staff. In fact we were so done we just wanted to get the bill and peace out.

Excellent dinner on the quaint patio with a beautiful garden view. Best meal yet in Whistler!

Every item of food was exceptional. Our server Henry was attentive, funny and very friendly. Our food came out timely, drinks were always filled and the place was buzzing, but we were able to still have a family conversation. 5 stars.

Our server was very friendly, informative, attentive, funny, and knowledgeable. Had cooked oysters, seafood trio, lobster bisque, and venison. Food was very tasty and perfectly prepared and plated, but the serving size for the seafood trio was small for the price. Overall, it was a very nice dinner and worth the later dining time. Reserve early if you want more choice for dinner times.

We have been coming to The Rimrock for over 30 years. It is always spot on! Pleasant people, fabulous service, and the best gourmet food in Whistler. They have a wide variety of fabulous wines and spirits. The oysters are always delicious. Steak seafood, Raquela, and other things in between you can't be the food here. Hi It may not be in the main village, but the drive is well worth it. It's only about 10 minutes from upper Village. Summer or winter, it's our favorite place to bring family and friends and just the two of us.

Truly outstanding in every way. The atmosphere, food, and service were all first class. The oysters are top notch. My wife thought the halibut was fantastic. I had the lamb rack which was delicious. And the setting is so nice — close to the village by car, but far enough away to be a peaceful respite from the summer crowds. In short, a fantastic experience.

The staff, the food, the drinks and the ambience were all brilliant. We can't wait to go back!

This has to be one of the most consistently excellent restaurants in Whistler. My husband has a dairy allergy and they never mess up adapting the menu to meet his needs. The food is always fantastic. The wine list extensive. The servers always professional. It has a rustic charm - don't let the outside fool you. We had an earlier seating, as it is popular, so it's difficult to book the prime times, unless you book far in advance. I booked two weeks ahead. There were quite a few children in the restaurant, because of the 5:45 seating. They were for the most part all well behaved, but it did make it a bit noisier. The starter came quickly - almost too quickly, but I requested a bit of time until the main as we wanted to take our time, and they accommodated. It was a beautiful meal, with a lovely bottle of wine. It is not inexpensive, but absolutely fair for the quality of the food and service. I feel very comfortable recommending this restaurant. You won't be disappointed.
