We had an 8 PM reservation for two for our wedding anniversary. Within 15 minutes of being seated, other diners sat right down beside us. I found the space between tables to be very small. Our waiter was unable to even stand at the edge of the table. He talked to me over my shoulder. Due to the proximity of the diners beside us, I felt that our conversation was being listened in on and it was difficult to filter out their conversation. I would not have minded so much except that by 8:30, the rest of the restaurant was mostly empty. I felt that the seating could've been more thought out for our 8 PM reservation time to allow for a more relaxed atmosphere. Our waiter was very good and attentive. Timing was excellent for food and drinks. The food was good, but I felt that the atmosphere was not conducive to a memorable meal that I expected to have. Especially considering the price point. The best part of the meal was the Sticky Toffee Pudding for dessert. It was superb!

We try to schedule a visit each year we come to Whistler and do so for all the right reasons - ambience, impeccable service, and some of the best menus items found within the Whistler area! Once again we were not disappointed! The price fixe menu we found offered the perfect lobster bisque for fall, a wonder warm mushroom salad, and delicious scallops as appetizers. The entrees were equally seasonally perfect - Moroccan lamb shank and perfectly cooked wild salmon, all accompanied by a wonderful Canadian Pinot Noir. Our only regret was to not reserve dinner for two nights! Well done!!

Never disappointed. Always a perfect experience over 25 years of dining at Rimrock. Superb presentation. Wonderful selection. Cuisine delicious. Even non-occasions are célébrâted when dining there with friends or with partner. We always look forward to it.

Visited for a birthday dinner and to enjoy the Fall Feature menu. Seafood antipasto and Mixed grill were 10/10. Everything was delicious and our server was great! Value for money is on the steaper end with upcharges to some of the meat dishes (common offer) but the overall experience makes up for it. The kitchen made a nice happy birthday note on the plate and a candle which made it extra special. Nice to treat yourself here for a dinner!

Phenomenal. Blows me away how a restaurant can operate for 30+ years and nail it every time. We went on a date night for the 3-course special and I was actually expecting smaller portions but we walked out of there extremely satisfied with everything.—-food, service, wine and bubbles...all top notch. Thank you all Rimrock staff for date nights that are so worth it.
