$19 for a cold cheeseburger. Tastes like costco beef patties with fake cheese

We had the mountain top feast. What a great experience. We bought a package that included the lift tickets and think it was a good deal for all you get. The food was really good and the views are hard to beat for a restaurant. We'll do this again if we are back here.

The summer feast was incredible! The dishes were all very fresh and delicious. The sauteed garlic shrimp was so delicious. The service was great the staff were all very nice and friendly. There was also live music which made the experience extra fun. I would definitely recommend it.

This is a charming spot accessible only by gondola, offering stunning views of Whistler Village and surrounding peaks. Despite chilly outdoor temperatures, the cozy indoor seating is perfect for enjoying purchased meals like hearty soups or burgers.
Clean washrooms and outdoor seating are available. The vibrant atmosphere and breathtaking mountain scenery make it a must-visit for skiers and tourists. Though Wait time is longer to purchase and food prices are a bit high, the unique location and panoramic vistas create an unforgettable dining experience.

Service was lousy this visit at the upstairs spot- the Aussie burger guy refused to put the green chile sauce on the side for my burger (I wasn't asking for a tub), and Paul the Poutine guy from Burgundy could not have been more indifferent, offering scallions to the two customers in front of me but not to me. Food was as expected for a cafeteria, and not much change to the menu over the years. Cashiers were great and friendly though.

You guys have the best staff! Everyone is so nice, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything you need. They go above and beyond to provide great service and create a welcoming environment. A special shoutout to Ali and especially Elise, who helped me choose the best goggles. She’s incredibly professional, has great knowledge of mountain gear, and is a fantastic saleswoman! Truly appreciate their hard work and dedication.

Eliza provided great service for us. There was an issue with our order and she very quickly resolved the matter so that we could get back and enjoy the powder 😃

Good vibes and views but they were playing Christmas music on 2/28 and it upset my sister

Three cashiers with line ups pong back to the food service area. Easier to have a big breakfast rather that wait for overpriced food that you need to wait up to ¾ of a hour for. I voted with my feet, I wonder how many others did.saving on $25 and hour staff cost to lose likely thousands a day is the shortsighted way Vail operates.

Understaffed - salad station closed on a busy day, no cups in the coffee/cocoa area, filthy floors, long queues to check out with only one till open. Need to hire more staff.

My kid left his phone there and they managed to call to let me know.
Vail seems to be gutting the good things here. Food used to be much better and have better selection. Tikka masala was like tomato sauce on rice. Chili used to be a lot better. Edge cards no longer get a discount
