Steeps Grill On Whistler Mountain

The Steeps Apres Winemakers food and wine matching is usually wonderful, today's was truly amazing as opposed to the last one. After missing only three of the winemakers apres sessions over many years, today's was one of the best.
After organising groups of up to 18 to attend these, the disappointment of the last event was surpassed.

Food was decent but the atmosphere was lacking and the music felt like I was at Disney with the kids. This restaurant should be relaxing and it wasnt at all.

Came here three times. Execution is 9/10. Better than Christines on Blackcomb. Twice as expensive as the cafeteria food but five times better.

Definitely the BEST place to dine on the mountain at Whistler. By far beats the burgers and chicken strips that you find at other slopes and does so at reasonable prices! We will be coming back for sure :) There is also access to the restaurant via the Gondola so no need to ski in if that’s not something you’re into.

We came for my husband's birthday on a busy holiday, and I wanted to say publicly how wonderful and thoughtful the service was. A special thanks to Louis, he arranged for a perfect table and when we were mildly inconvenienced he went out of his way to accommodate us and his thoughtfulness made our visit way more enjoyable than it would have been! I mentioned we were celebrating a birthday and he sent a dessert to our table and honestly, he made our ordinary lunch a special celebration and I can't thank him enough. Thoughtful service isn't always provided these days, and especially in our busy town. Our food was excellent and the service was prompt, thanks to the Steeps staff and especially Louis!

Update: we had such an amazing meal that we went back a second time and it was even better than the first. We had the rigatoni carbonara, short rib and a pavlova for dessert. Everything was AMAZING!!! And the service is friendly, professional, welcoming. The servers made our time there feel special. It's 100 times better than Chistine's!!!Amazing restaurant, we had a falafel bowl and the rockfish green curry and it was delicious! Highly recommend

Beautiful and tasty spot for an elevated lunch on the mountain. Reservation highly recommended. Bahn mi sandwich was delightful, as was charcuterie. Service was great!

Terrible and rude staff! We were in a large group, we had reservations, and we asked to be seating on adjacent tables. The staff was adamant that it was impossible, however, there were several empty tables in the restaurant. There was no empathy for the fact that it was a group event (8 people) and they could easily solve the question. Honestly, it was extremely disapointing. Food is not that good, cutlery and glasses not even washed properly. Do yourself a favor and head to christines on blackcomb.

Great place if you want to avoid the crowd of the cafeteria.Be warned, even though most of the staff is British, I had the worst poured Guinness of all time.20$ Caesar’s were great though
