Un buen lugar, un poco rápido el servicio, buscando apurar a los comensales, todo lo demás Natalie bueno son ser excelente o sobresaliente! Precio Calidad perfecto!
Good was just okay, lacked flavour and quality. Least favourite restaurant experienced in Whistler compared to The Keg, Earls and Cinnamon Bear.
We had our first date here 25 years ago and were thrilled to return. The food was just as delicious as we remembered, and the service was fun, prompt, and attentive
As always our dining experience at Teppan Village was very nice. The wait staff was attentive from the start to finish. The chef was very good and entertaining. The food choices and portions were ample and delicious.
Chef was fun / entertaining Food was salty - lots of salt used Salad and wok rice not exciting Clothes all smelled very bad afterward - had to wash
Excellent Teppan, perfectly cooked steak, chicken and Shrimp with the amazing presentation and entertainment that Teppan Village provides every time we visit. Fantastic!
We enjoyed our interactive dinner experience. Food was terrific, something for the entire family. I enjoyed the beautiful setting looking out over the snowy village.
The show was, food about standard. Kind of expensive for what it was.

Terrible service. I had two children under 10 with me. They mistakenly charged full price for the children despite us ordering children meals for them. When I pointed this out, the waitress made an excuse that it was our fault for not being clear when we ordered; we were clear yet they would not correct the mistake. What happened to the customer good customer service? My kids also did not eat any of the extras I now realize were added like shrimp and veggies, so we got no value from the extra cost either. This should have been corrected on the spot but was not.

good service and atmosphere, but unfortunately overcharged for what was served. about 4 pieces of filet mignon and one of them consisted of pure fat— and fried rice is extra (no noodles included, flat price is just meat vegetables and plain steamed rice). not to mention the fried rice was a small portion, as were other orders of different meats (chicken, shrimp, etc). nothing special food wise, although it is entertaining.

We had a wonderful evening there this weekend. It was nice to practice my Japanese with the chef and staff since we were in a Japanese restaurant! Great food, friendly staff. Made new friends with our table mates! Great evening! Mahalo!

We visited Teppan Village Whistler for a birthday dinner during our family trip to Whistler. Since we were the first guests of the evening, everyone was in a good mood when we were seated. The chef put on a fun fire show and cooked the food right in front of us, which really excited our kids. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was great, and our children were having a wonderful time.
However, everything changed after we finished the meal. On the way back, everyone complained of stomach pain and asked to return to the hotel as quickly as possible. Once we arrived at the hotel, all six of us suffered from diarrhea. We are not sure whether the ingredients were not fresh or if some of the food was undercooked, but the experience was extremely uncomfortable and distressing for our entire family.
We strongly believe the restaurant needs to be more careful in checking ingredient freshness and ensure proper training for their chefs to prevent this from happening to other guests in the future.
The fire show was entertained if you are interested. Otherwise, the food was not that good. I felt the chef was new and steak was really overcooked and really salty. Well understand the purpose of show, but dropping food on the table wasn’t that great. Overall, just like other reviews, priced was not worth to come.
